Frustrated by a long wait of 11 months…
Frustrated by a long wait of 11 months and disappointed with the service.
We had ordered a 2 seater on Jan 29th 2023. It was supposed to get delivered in June. Twice a bench was delivered instead of the seater and was returned and once a seater with broken armrest was brought. We were told that the product needs to put back in production and will take 3mnths to deliver. In one communication Nov end was promised, last week we were told , not in a mail, but in a phone message that , the product isnt ready and they have no further update when it will be ready. Very Disappointing !!
We had taken two days to order the seater in January ,taking the available sizes into consideration, and the entire amount has been paid by June.
This is not at all acceptable.

Warranty conditions are not shared…
Warranty conditions are not shared online. When making a warranty claim ( on a matress with 5 year waranty) they will make up anything to not provide service, repair or refunds. If their products were of decent quality, or cheap enough not to expect quality, I would understand. Avoid, you can find both better price/quality and service.

Poor quality of products, no customer service
The matrass i bought here was of extremely poor quality. As it was under warranty, I contacted customer service. They were unhelpful and refused to provide the advertised service.

My perfect pillow so far
I had the pleasure to sleep on this pillow in a boutique hotel, and ever since I wanted to have them at home too! The staff at Sleepworld was very helpful to find the exact model. I’ve never had a pillow this comfortable before!
