Amazing customer service
Post my original review, the very excellent Dan called me to issue a refund for the difference of the discount code.
Amazing service!
This would be a 5* review but unfortunately the ordering process seemed to skip the step where I should have been able to add a discount code for 20% off.
No doubt the web developers will cry user error and it may well have been but some how the order was paid for before I got the chance and there was no way to cancel it and start again.
All that said I am very happy with the PRO V1s I received.

Great customer service
I've thought about lake balls for a while as a way of upgrading the balls I play, but never bought any. The process of choosing with Slice was very easy and their descriptions match the balls that arrived - all in very good condition.

I purchased the Taylormade TP5 pix and received exactly what I expected. The addition of some limited edition graphics was a pleasant surprise. The quality was top-notch, with no marks or scratches. This is my third time buying from them, and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Balls ok
Balls ok, more scuffs than expected on grade A balls. One thing that was disappointing was that I ordered a pack of 24 balls and a pack of 12 (at a higher price per ball than the 24) . However the balls came in one box of 36 which then had to be split for a Xmas present. Will go back to my usual supplier after this.

Ordered Taylormade TP5 pix and got exactly what I ordered. There were some special edition graphics in there (which was a bonus for me)
Quality was excellent , no scuffs.

Balls arrived clean and well packaged
Balls arrived clean and well packaged. A few scuffs, but on the whole, you couldn't tell they were lake balls ( I got Grade B so few scuffs to be expected). Only downside was shipping was a bit slow, 5 days from order until delivery. Overall a good service and much better than other similar companies I have used that don't even clean the balls and chuck them in a bag. I will return -once these have been sent back to the lake :)
