Good customer support

I ordered 12x Taylormade TP5x Stripe balls. However, two of the balls weren’t the correct model, another two had advertising all over and another was badly damaged. I contacted SliceGolfBalls about these problems a week ago but haven’t had a response back.

UPDATE: Since posting this I have recieved replacement balls which are of good quality and exactly as advertised. There were also a couple packs of tees in the box which was a nice gift!

Quality items

The quality of items I have received has been excellent I would say buying brand new golf balls is unnecessary and saves money when you can get this quality of balls at this price

Titleist pearl golf balls

Not used the golf balls yet as not had them long. I bought titleist prov1 and selected the mint pearl. These look virtually brand new with no visible marks on them, just the odd logo on one or two.
I would certainly buy them again.
Good communication and delivery.

Srixon Zstar Mint Condition

Third time ordering, and this time looking for an affordable Pro V1 alternative in the form of a Srixon Zstar.
Delivered sooner than expected with two dozen balls in Mint condition as described.

Free balls

They sent me the wrong balls, luckily I noticed something hand written on the box. They did replace them free of charge as expected and then sent me 12 extra balls.

I had originally reviewed this company but I am glad to say after discussion of original disappointing delivery an alternative was sent out & much happier with latest balls sent, will continue to use when needed
