The owner and his wife is the life of the place. Their staff are well trained and very friendly. Now the pizza, one of the best I ever had. For a new established I can only say may you guys gain more territory and live in the hearts of the communities. Fantastic food. Please follow them on social media. They also have a food truck.

Ordered @ 7pm via Slice from New York Pizza & Pasta. At 8:45pm and 2 driver name changes, I contacted Slice help desk. They said no one was answering at NYPP- which is often a response they use on the BBB site & Trust Pilot. They did offer a discount, if I would go pick up my food?! How would they know that if they could not get through to the restaurant? Had I not checked in with the Slice app @ 8:45- there would have been no communication on their end. Hungry and beyond irritated at the Slice company. The app @ 8:45 was showing they were still waiting to pick up my order. Don’t bother with this service- going back to Uber Eats. Oh and the kicker? My refund will take a few days. Thank you- not:(!

I officially don’t know whether to be impressed or horrified. I’m not even on your network, yet you’ve taken it upon yourselves to charge me anyway. PAC code in hand, thinking I’m free… nope! Slice clearly thinks I need a subscription to being overcharged.
It’s been almost four days, and guess what? Another month of charges magically appeared. I mean, why let logic or contracts get in the way of earning money, right?
Thank you, Slice, for redefining “customer service” as *creative billing.” Truly inspiring.

Not every pizza shop is on there though, so it's not the only app you need if you like trying different places.

We placed an order and 20 minutes later it was cancelled. Called the shop and they said they were experiencing issues so cancelled the order. But we could place the order again. Placed the order a second time and it said confirmed. Then showed out for delivery and never showed up. Called the shop again they said it was never confirmed so they didn't cook the order or attempt to deliver. We were charged twice and over two hours later found out they never cooked or delivered our order. Called slice and experienced terrible customer service. Will never use again or order from that shopm

I wanted to try a new pizza place in my neighborhood and saw that they take orders from Slice online, so I sign up, install the app, and place an order. 20 minutes past my delivery window, I check my app — no notifications, no status update, nothing. Just then the pizzeria calls me and tells me my food has been ready for the last 30 minutes but no Slice drivers want to pick it up. He then says he can't give it to his own drivers because he's not allowed to, it has to be a Slice driver. He apologizes and says he did his best but my food is cold now and has no idea if anyone will even pick it up.
Zero communication from Slice about this. Zero notifications. Zero accountability. What's the point of this app?

Well to start I ordered a pizza from buonos from which I've actually known the owners and pizza place since 1989 I ordered a pizza from them through slice which was an hour and 30 minutes late by the time I actually got the pizza it was extremely cold not to mention the delivery driver had me chasing him around just to get the pizza I could have circumvented the slice app and picked up the pizza myself in less time significantly after this experience I'll never use the app ever again and I expect to be refunded the money that I spent on the pizza because it was not worth it and it was expensive

I’ve been using slice for quite some time and I’m very pleased with the app and customer support. I haven’t had much of any bad experiences with the slice team at all.. 2 times in a row I had something wrong with my order I had for delivery and slice support was on it within minutes! Both times they over achieved and supported me as the customer, this last time the place of business immediately called me back after slice got ahold of them and the pizza place apologized for messing up my order: they tried to blame slice but I knew better.. the pizza place didn’t read the order properly but my order was fixed and I was happy. The other time I was missing 2 pizzas from the SAME! place and it was due to a driver issue.. slice refunded me what I didn’t get and the tip immediately. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly! And supportive!! I only gave it 4 stars because I wished there was more options available for foods where I’m located (Florida). Regardless rest assure you will be taken care of no matter the situation slice customer service has been fantastic. Thank you slice!

Trash app. First time using it and I got directed to an affiliated restaurant of the one I intended to order from that was in a completely different state, despite having my location information. After realizing the mistake I called to cancel and was told tough luck, no refund goodbye. Clearly they do not value customers so I won’t ever be using this again and all my family members that began to use it regularly use it have deleted it.
