Slice makes it super easy and fast to order from all my local shops. The orders are more accurate because I put it in myself. Delivery tracking is quick and accurate. The food always arrives on time or faster and is fresh and hot. The app is a handy way to keep track of when, where and how often I order from the pizza shop. Plus, Ive earned 3 or 4 free pizzas so far! Woohoo! If only all apps work this good! Thanks!!!

I can’t choose a “NO star, or I would…I placed an order with a local pizzeria at 3:29pm for a 5:30 delivery…I know…SLICE isn’t notified at 3:29, but at a designated amount of time prior to 5:30. At 5:53 I ask chat what’s up..not been assigned to anyone for pickup yet …I could go on, but the short answer is: my pizza arrived much later than hour. The delivery lady was so nice and obviously overworked (plus sloshing in the pouring rain) that I tipped her extra with cash. I don’t know and can’t even recommend what needs to be fixed. You said it wasn’t assigned (command center), restaurant sends order info stating order was picked up at 5:12pm (remember the delivery time was supposed to be 5:30 PM), but slice says, around 5:50pm that the order has not even been assigned to a driver. End of story?: I’ll just summarize saying something with Slice is not working.

Horrible all around. Hot mess hundred+ order. Just ask google ai and itll summerize this company real nice for you.... here... quoted "Reviews are mixed, with users liking the easy interface, but some report issues with delivery delays, cold food, and high service charges. " and guess what??! Our order was a delayed mess, food was cold af, extremely high service charges, andddddd missing items. Oh and the customer service was a nightmare. NEVVVVVVVEEERRRRRR use this company. Too many actual delivery choices these days

I ordered a pizza with Bianchi restauant in revere on monday 2/9. I got there to pick it up at 9:05pm and found all the lights off and no one answering the door despite google saying they were open until 10pm. They are denying me a refund for this order that clearly was impossible to pick up. Beware of this scam. Order directly with the restaurants.

I am a major pizza lover. I have had pizza from every single pizza joint in palm city. When I went into palm city Pizza to give it a try I had no idea what I was in for. I ordered the grandma pizza, it was the absolute best pizza that I have eaten anywhere in the country in the past several years the owner was making the pie himself. It seemed like your normal pizza pie place, but the product was far superior than anything around. From the crust to the sauce to the cheese to the way, it was cooked. It was just almost absolutely perfect. That’s all I have to say about that besides, thank you very much.

Ordered 24+ hours in advance, order was incorrect and out for delivery for over an hour (so food was steaming in to go containers entire time). Had to eat a frozen pizza during superbowl because of these people

Iam at the hotel great wolf in Fitchburg Massachusetts so I place a order using this terrible app , to this place 2,5 miles away I am with 2 kids after waiting for more than o e hour and half they said they arrived I went downstairs and nothing so I called them at the app said they already did and nothing I never got the order, the order never was made by the restaurant , stay away from tbese people o will

Delivery time was exaggerated to begin with, but fine (45-60 min.). But when the order did not arrive, the Slice rep was bland and inconsiderate throughout my follow-up enquiries. There were no interim follow-ups concerning a delay. It was quite obvious that a $40 /12" pizza was of no concern; ZERO INTEREST. He wanted to 'get rid of me', which he has done. I assume your company is accustomed to this according to your reviews. I will never order pizza through SLICE app ever again. I'm just awaiting confirmation from my bank that the order has been cancelled, and i will remove the app. I am so disappointed and have let all of my friends no to avoid SLICE at all costs.

I ordered $60 worth of pizza using this app. When I reached the store I was told my ordered was picked up already. How could this be if I’m here to pick up my pizza? I was told someone picked up my order using my name and phone number. I doubt it as the front guy couldn’t even speak a lick of English I doubt he could read it. I called this business to complain as I ordered and paid for the pizza with them. There was no apology or no help. They stated they would investigate and get back to me within 24 hours. About 2 hours later I receive an email saying the investigation was completed and I could NOT be refunded because someone picked up my order. What investigation could have been completed in 2 hours ??? There was no id confirmation or text confirmation or anything. There are also cameras which the both the pizza place and slice life did not review. Horrible customer service from everyone especially Evelyn. I regret even using this place to order. Stay clear epically if you’re ordering pizza at Goodfellas Pizza LIC, NY.
UPDATE: after filing a complaint with the bbb and requesting a refund through my bank, Slice has refunded me my money. Upsetting I had to go through extreme measures when they should’ve did an actual investigation first. Nevertheless, they did rectify the situation.

Slice delivery is always late which means COLD food, usually missing items and unaccountable. I will never use their service again and will suggest to The Broiler inn Arlington that they make another delivery service there go to. Our food was 40 minutes late, one sub was wrong, we received a straw but no drink…..Oh, they did credit the $3.49 drink!!! LOL

If I could give a negative rating I would. I have used Slice twice now. Both times, at least an hour later than the time they said for delivery and the pizza was so cold we don’t eat it.

Waited 2+ hours to get ice cold, bland food that was going to "arrive in 5 to 10 minutes", in reality 45+ minutes later. Customer support was useless and gave a vague apology and just left the chat. Don't bother, use a reliable app.
