My family order pizza and our pizza did not get delivery and no delivery our pizza, we call and the worker said we did not give any tip. We use this many times and my family always give a tip.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I used them 3 different times and the last time was my last straw. The first time I ordered, the driver didnt give me my whole order. The second time I ordered, I received my order plus someone else's order. This third time - they let my food sit for 45 minutes and I had to pick it up myself while I STILL PAID a delivery fee and left a tip for the driver WHO NEVER PICKED UP MY FOOD. AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Service fee reasonable with no delivery fee with food prices without an increase from in restaurant prices. Used “help” to change delivery time and got a live chat person (Frank) who called the restaurant with the change while I was on the chat. Much appreciated.

Tonight I ordered pizza & a salad from my favorite restaurant Massimo's in Norwalk. I normally pick up my order but tonight I was exhausted & prompted to have my order delivered from Slice. My order was sitting outside of my condo on the floor for who knows how long. I was never notified my order was delivered by the driver, if i didn't track on my phone i would have never known my food was delivered! It was sitting outside for 20mins!! Terrible service & poor reflection on Massimo for using such a sloppy delivery service!

Horrible experience, Used an online ordering system for a pizzeria that I love, not realizing that the system was SLICE. Get notice from the driver that he is at my office with the food. I go out front and no one. we begin texting back and forth and he keeps insisting that he is there and I'm telling him I'm outside and he is not there. Turns out he is standing in the rear of my building next to the dumpster rining a warehouse beel we don't use because we never get warehouse deliveries and there is a sign on the door that says all deliveries need to go to the front. By the time I got the food it was already getting cold and I paid so much extra for their horrible service. NEVER AGAIN!

I had a order from a place Thur the slice app that we order from a lot and this last time our food for one the meals we ordered was not very good and I didn't even eat it I messaged Thur the slice app about the issues and I was no really expecting to get anywhere not only did they get me refunded for that meal they took care of the stuff in between the call to the restaurant and everything was taken care of Thur the app customer service helpline super fast super friendly and I live the experience

I have only had positive experiences with Slice for the year+ I've been using them.
Last night, the pizza place mistakenly got my order wrong: I ordered 2 different kinds of pizza, they sent me 2 of one kind, and zero of the other.
Disappointing, but a simple mistake.
Contacted Slice customer support (actual human), they verified w the restaurant I was accurate, and issued a refund for the missing pizza next business day.
I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome.

The app Slice is very convenient, and when I had a question I used the chat feature on my phone. Within a minute or two I received a call from Connor, the counter person at the restaurant! That may have been a coincidence! They were out of anchovies for my add-on, would I choose another topping or like my $2.00 back.
Having chosen pineapple, I drove over to Eddies. My order was ready. The service was efficient and cheerful. The pizzas and wings were delicious, the best we’ve had in years. That’s how long we’ve been going back to them!

I paid an $8 delivery fee and gave them a 15% tip just to pickup my order from the front desk of the hotel I was in, instead of them delivering it to my 1st floor room, of which they had the room number.Definitely not convenient for me. Especially, when I have trouble walking and must use a cane to assist me.
