Worst experience ever with a delivery service. No food , no clue, and repeatedly telling me it’s on its way. I was trying to feed my hungry movers on day one in Raleigh but no such luck. Then to argue about whether it would arrive cold or not and say I could it cancel, even though my movers were done. Food still nowhere in sight. Order from your local pizza shop, SLICE is a terrible service that farms out their deliveries as well.

I orbered from a pizza place. The person delivering the order forgot items. I notifed the driver who turned around mid delivery with the pizza to get the items. By the time the pizza arrived it was cold and the driver still didn't have all items I paid for. I contacted the pizza place who contacted the slice hacks and they told me I would be issued a refund within a few days. I wasn't. I contacted the slice hacks directly and they never bothered to respond. Absolutely worthless company that hires subpar employees and doesn't remedy their mistakes. If you look at the other reviews that never received a refund and never heard back from them you will notice they apologize and say contact them to resolve it. We already tried that and they didn't resolve it. Pretending they care to scam others doesn't get people their deserved money back.

I've used slice a few times and never had a bad experience. This time however the issue was mine. I had a number of people over the house and made a mistake with the order. I contacted customer service and the service rep Jennifer D was very helpful. I explained the issue and in a few minutes she had it taken care of. Because of service like that, I will continue to use the app and recommend it.

Your third party delivery is what is going to ruin your company. Last night was probably our worst delivery experience ever. The only saving grace for your company was your chat agent Sia C. Her assistance with this debacle kept me from freaking out on the driver. Anyone who thinks a pizza and seafood is still going to be edible after being almost 2 hours late, has no idea how to hassle. Hope that dude never ends up driving for an ambulance company, those passengers will be dead by the time they got there. Rethink your business model in reference to how you deliver, because whats it is now, sucks.

I placed an order for delivery two days ago from one of my favorite restaurants, Goombas and I used Slice for the delivery because the restaurant prefers it. The order arrived in a timely fashion, however the Slice driver must have bathed in his cologne because the grinder literally reeked of it to the point that I couldn't smell the sandwich, all I could smell was the cologne. I was unable to eat any of it and felt so sick that I didn't eat anything at all for the rest of the day. I notified Slice's customer service of the situation via chat. I was told that they would outreach the restaurant and email me within six to twelve hours with a resolution. I didn't receive an email well past the 12 hour mark, so I took more time to yet again reach out to their customer service. I was then informed that they hoped this would not happen again and tossed a $5 credit, BTW the order was over $30, that would expire in 30 days. When I requested to chat with a manager and explained that I was not happy with this "solution" I was informed that the message was from a manager and it became clear that I wasn't going to be given a fair resolution and any efforts to do so would ultimately be a complete waste of my time. So here I am, doing what I don't enjoy, writing a negative review of Slice, because I don't have any other options. Goombas, I apologize in advance but I will be using a different app for delivery moving forward.

absolutely horrible do not use! They send a Delivery Driver that speaks no English and has no GPS and was 10 miles in the opposite direction of where I live. They only offered me a 50% refund because they failed to deliver never heard anything like that. Highway robbery should be illegal. customer service reps were very unkind.

Ordered pizza through slice. The app said "out for delivery" for over 2 hours. I wake up the next morning and my pizza is sitting on my porch frozen. Customer service told me to kick rocks...

I usually have good luck with the app. I ordered and there was an issue with delivery. I contacted through the chat but they were quick to make it right. And compensated with a partial refund.
