I enjoy my ball machine immensely but always seem to have trouble trying to purchase supplies or acquire information. I'm hoping should anything go wrong tings can be rectified quickly.

What a worthless company and terrible after-sales service. The balls keep getting stuck in front of the rollers and therefore don't come out of the machine. I have already sent many emails about this, but they offer 0.0 support and are unable to help me with this problem in any way. I have invested €95 in new balls and still no result. They keep referring me to the distributor in the Netherlands. That is just a dealer who can't help me either. Here is their response:

This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional purchasing experiences I’ve had. Before placing my order, I did exactly what any serious buyer should do—I contacted their support team to clarify key specs like battery life and ball speed/acceleration. The agent sent me a link and pushed me to proceed.
The next day—after I had already engaged with their team and was ready to buy—they increased the price. That’s not a coincidence. That’s a company taking advantage of a “warm” customer. It’s cheap, opportunistic behavior and shows zero respect for customers.
This kind of move screams poor management, zero internal coordination, and a complete lack of business ethics. If leadership allows this, it tells you everything you need to know about the company.
And the product itself? Completely overrated. Once you actually look into it, it’s a glorified bag with a launcher—not a serious training machine. Performance is mediocre, features are limited, and it feels like you’re paying for marketing hype rather than real engineering.
Do not waste your time or money.
Spend a little more and go with the difference in quality, reliability, and overall professionalism is night and day.

I purchased my Slinger Pickleball Machine in February 2024 and received it in March 2024.
Since then, I’ve experienced repeated hardware failures that raise serious concerns about the product’s reliability and durability.
In September 2025, the machine stopped working and I was told the PCB (control board) needed to be replaced. Although the unit was already out of warranty, I was provided a replacement PCB.
Now, in March 2026, the machine has failed again with the same issue — requiring yet another PCB replacement, which is currently out of stock. I’ve been placed on a notification list with no clear timeline.
Needing three PCB boards (including the original) within two years is unacceptable for a machine at this price point and suggests a deeper design or quality issue.
Additionally, in August 2024 I requested replacement ball tubes because the adjustment knobs broke off, making them unusable. After months of follow-up, I finally received replacements — but those knobs have now started breaking as well.
This indicates a consistent problem with component durability, not just a one-time defect.
Overall, while the concept of the Slinger machine is great, my experience has been marked by repeated failures, fragile parts, and delays in getting replacements.
I cannot recommend this product based on long-term reliability.

Love the bag. It has improved my game. Some have mentioned the topspin being problematic. I don't find it to be true. It has no more topspin than a heavy hitting 4.5 player. Even at top speeds, it's not overwhelming. It's helped me work on taking balls on the rise and made my serve returns way better. Only regret it not buying sooner!

Support and parts: after 2 years the control panel stopped working. I contacted customer support and they walked me through everything. I bought a new panel and replaced it. My slinger bag is working great again! The process was very easy and the part arrived at my home within a few days, so I can keep practicing my tennis.

I orders 4 screws for battery housing and was charged 10 bucks for 4 screw and another 10 bucks in shipping and handing gore a envelope that could have been mailed with a postage stamp

Answered my questions promptly, and walked me through the problem-solving. Pictures and video were helpful. We figured out I needed a new control panel, which I purchased through Slinger. Video for changing out the old one was helpful. Machine now works great!

Love the launcher, however I have issues. 1)The tabs on the ball tube eventually snap off. I am on my 3rd ball tube, waiting for my replacement. I have been waiting for almost 3 month, out of stock is all I get back from support. If I ever get a replacement ball tube. I have requested the warranty is extended by the amount of time it takes to get a replacement. Otherwise Slinger can refund me 55 dollars which is the cost of a replacement. I am not impressed that if I ever get a replacement that in the 1 year warranty I will be on my 4th ball tube. 2) I have complained about the power cable that connects to the power supply. ~every 3 months I will not have power. So I pull out the power supply and the power cable is no longer fasten and I have to reconnect the cable. I laughed when support wanted pictures of the issue. A picture with the cable on the PS, then a picture with the cable off the PS, give me a break. 3) I complained the latch for the door does not reach the hook. Support wanted pictures again. I had to go buy a longer latch to allow it to reach the hook. I have seen picture of used Slinger Bags where the door was ready to fall off where they over stretched the door/latch.

I sent my Slinger bag to a wrong direction. As I realized that I got in contact with Joel who was always open to support my case, follow it up and gave me clear information on how to solve the issue.
As my intention was to give the Slinger Bag as Christmas gift I decided to purchase a second one while waiting for the first one to be returned to Slingerbag warehouse.
Then Tania took care of my case and funds were properly refunded to my credit card the same day that the warehouse received the returned package.
Never seen that kind of service and attitude to repair a mistake made by the customer.

I use my slender ball machine a lot With my Tennis lessons I give 7 days a week I It does have some wear and tear on it which is understandable especially with the way I use it once the panel board went out slinger right away found out what the problem was your reps immediately had one ready for me and sent it to me right when I paid for it and within a couple of days I was up and running again you guys are very efficient fast it will solve problems anytime I need a troublesyou guys are always there for me thank you for your awesome customer service
