After going back and fourth on issues…

After going back and fourth on issues with my dead battery and related PCB board, I was finally able to get a new board from customer support then upon me installing there new board, my battery is still dead. I was then informed that slinger bag batteries are on back order!!!! This is very poor customer service as current users should be given priority over new battery orders.

We’re very sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’ve experienced with the delivery of your Launcher.

I reviewed the communication you had with our support team and confirmed the following:

• Your order was placed on November 5th, and tracking information was sent to you the following day.
• You later contacted us with concerns about the delivery, and we opened a lost package claim with the courier.

However, during this process, you opened a dispute with your credit card company. When a dispute is opened, the payment for the order is automatically withdrawn from us until the credit card company completes its investigation. Because of this, we are unable to ship a replacement unit until the dispute is resolved and the funds are returned either to you or to us.

Normally, once a lost package claim is approved, we would ship a replacement right away. But due to the active dispute, we are restricted from doing so.

You do have options: 

1. If the credit card company returns the payment to us, we will ship a replacement immediately.
2. If you choose to cancel the dispute, we can ship a replacement right away or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
    
At this time, with the dispute in the hands of the credit card company, we are unable to take further action. If you would like to continue working with us to resolve this quickly, please reach out, and we will gladly proceed as soon as the dispute is cancelled.

The power feed unit is defective

The power feed unit is defective, the metal prongs that suppose to go into a power outlet are not coming out.

$60 to replace the flimsiest charger is…

$60 to replace the flimsiest charger is insane. Also, Slinger Bag is overpriced for what you get. So many better options available nowadays with better pricing. This machine is made to break, I would not recommend this machine to anyone.

Excellent customer service and support. Electronics board failed outside of warranty and was an affordable easy fix with reasonable delivery time and ease of replacement. Bag works like a charm. Hopefully will get another 2 years of rugged use!

fly it overseas

Just bought it and had to fly it overseas. Everything worked well. I was able to get the battery out of the device and fly it on my backpack. Been enjoying it with my daughter.

Battery dies and a lot of people have mentioned this. In fact their replacement batteries are out of stock and they said they have no idea when they will be back in stock so now we cannot use the bag at all….

I purchased this as a gift for my adult…

I purchased this as a gift for my adult daughter whom played tennis in college. She loves it. She often struggled to find others to hit with and sometimes she just wants to do drills. She loves the versatility and we only wish the ocilating base was available.

Great Customer Support

No negative issues to report with my Slinger. My remote controller went through my laundry, your representative gave me advice on what may get it working. I couldn’t get it working so I ordered a new one which was delivered very quickly.

There is an issue with the remote not…

There is an issue with the remote not turning on the launcher. I tried to contact the company a few of weeks ago but get stuck in the auto-chat maze and never received an answer.

Incompetent support

I sent multiple pictures of my ball machine to technical support to troubleshoot an issue. They determined the control board was broken and arranged to send a replacement. However, the board I received did not match my machine, despite the photos I had provided. The replacement had three knobs instead of two, and the knob and contact positions didn’t align with my machine’s cover board.

I immediately sent photos of both my original board and the incorrect one to support, explaining the issue and requesting the correct part. Support apologized and sent another board—but it was the exact same incorrect one. When I called, they admitted this had happened once before with another customer, but assured me it was unusual. Unfortunately, they have now sent me the wrong board twice.

This happened last week, and since then I have received no update and my machine is still not repaired. I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of follow-up.

When you let us know that the wrong part was received, they immediately contacted the distribution center to arrange a replacement.

It was later discovered that the items had been incorrectly labeled at the warehouse, which led to the mix-up. That issue has now been corrected at the warehouse level, and your replacement with the correct part is currently being processed.
