Unfortunately I’m not happy with both of my orders the sizes are way too big and the style doesn’t look like it’s in the picture. I also bought 3 hats they were ver very big.
I wish I can say something good.
Although the quality seems to be good.

Sending the merchandise went fast
The over $300.00 Cardigan was too small, especially the sleeves too tight
The return ended in a not professional procedure. The email connection was handled badly. After a long time waiting - after the package arrived back- I was given refund.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company and will not order again.

Beware!!! Dreadful quality, cardigan unlike picture. I emailed to request a refund, they haven’t replied. I returned the cardigan to address on box. I have proof of delivery. They still have not contacted me to acknowledge my return or tell me they are issuing a refund. Dreadful people to deal with!!!

Very slow shipping and incorrect sizing. All my clothes are XL so that’s what I ordered. I can barely close the robe. There is no stretch to the material. The silk is lovely but if you buy one, get it two sizes larger than what you normally wear. Overall, I’m disappointed in the experience with this company.

I ordered a hat for my wife for a Christmas present. The hat was much, much bigger than advertised on the website and they did not offer any smaller sizes. I returned the hat - at a cost of £14 - at the start of January but am still waiting for acknowledgment of the return and a refund. Given that the product is not as described on the website I expect them to refund the original postage and the postage to return the item,

The product and pricing is very good. My wife loves her cashmere ear warming beanie hat!
I have not rated as five star for following reasons:
1) This was a Chrsitmas Stocking filler - they sent the wrong one.
2) The response to this error was initially very quick, apologising and stating they'd send the correct order.
3) I had to chase them up several times to actually receive the correct order, and indeed had initiated a refunds callback via my bank.
But the story has a happy ending. We received the correct product yesterday and my wife, as Ihave already stated, loves it.
I think the company, based in China, has good quality products, and has the intent of great customer service. Slipintosoft just needs a bit more attention to detail.
