Love the colour, style and feel. Would like it to be longer

The product is soft and fitting but I don’t get the Silky texture. My “Satin” pajamas have more of a silk feel than this. Upon receiving this product out of the package I noticed a sort of griddy feel as I run my hand across the fabric, my woman noticed the same. Although this clothing fits and looks good, the price and actual feel are NOT appeasing. To conclude; this product it Soft, not silky. Nice look and fit, just not 200+ price charge. Maybe more 50-80€.

A professional company that more than delivers on a first class service the blouse is beautiful well presented made of beautiful silk in the perfect colour can’t wait to wear it for my sons wedding

The material is not at all soft.i was expecting a wool with softness.it is quite hard.

Order didn’t get updated, I reached out, they told me their machines had problems. Very helpful customer service. I just wished they would tell me this on order since it was a present due for a birthday.

I ordered the pink cashmere dress. I am disappointed in it. It is more of a brown-pink dress than soft pink. It does not feel as soft as merino, let alone cashmere. The dress is larger than stated size. The waist is too high to dress it with a belt. On the other hand, it is very warm, and very comfortable. I bought it for a very special occasion, but will have to keep looking.

BEWARE! This store claims to have a 30 day refund policy and requires that you email them for a refund authorization number to complete returns but are completely unresponsive.
The silk tops are poor quality fabric and not at all as depicted online.
The online reviews appear to be fake.
Should not be permitted to conduct business in the US.

we’re unable to fulfil order but gave refund after 3 weeks

I have a return since almost 2 weeks and even that I multiple times asked for a return address- I never received one !!!
So - I m stuck with the beautiful merchandise- which is beautiful but far too small for the European / American market !!!!

Easy to order, good value and fast delivery

Sweater is very scratchy. Sleeves are disproportionately short. Giant hassle returning item. I was offered two discounts to keep it, then told to track return myself and let you know when delivered. Never ever experienced such a thing!!Terrible customer service and bad product. Unfortunately I ordered something else before I received this sweater. Terrified that I will have a same outcome.

I ordered 2 items from this company and needed to return them. When I emailed for an RA shipping label I was offered a 20% discount and then a 30% discount to keep the items. After several more email requests for a return label I was sent one that the USPS refused b/c is was not legitimate. I feel that I have been given false info. The web site says”EASY RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS. All I asked for was a return label and a refund of the cost of the items. I would not trust this company to stand behind their products or their promise.
