Ordered something only to find out they didn’t have it, after waiting for days. Left empty handed.

Perfect for the New York Snow blizzard I encountered

A very well received gift for my girlfriend. High quality, fast delivery (to Sweden)

It took six weeks to receive my purchase and only after I emailed requesting what happened to my purchase.

Refused to give me address to send a return, kept offering me discounts, accepted offer and then had to follow up for it to be processed. Finally got it but it was less than the amount that was agreed upon. Horrible process. Bad products.

I needed to return something as it was too big and customer service was great.

I ordered a king-size silk sheet set and pillow cases.
the top sheet did not arrive. it has been paid for but so far i have not received it.

please respond.

I ordered a cashmere turtleneck sweater. When it arrived it was beautiful. It did take longer than expected to arrive but worth the wait.

Great customer service

The garment I ordered doesn't fit. The company has been completely non-respobsive about an exchange after numerous attempts to contact them.
As far as I am concerned, its a scam. You better like what you order, even if it doesn't fit, because you will never hear from them again.

They replied to this review but provided no additional way to contact them. And my wife (who ordered the item for me) sent them an email but never heard back. We will contact again. An offer to help, with no contact info is not any help, at all.

After Email correspondence w order number, at my expense item was packaged in original condition & packaging for exchange. No contact from company and NO exchange item ever sent. I am now out the $150 for item plus return postage.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Non responsive. And the original item shipped from Oregon or Washington, not overseas.

UPDATE: April 1, 2026. FINALLY RECEIVED CORRECT SIZE.
After returning the size which did not fit I received the next size which did fit. The style and quality of the garment is good and I'm pleased. I rate the garment as a 4-5 and have upgraded my review accordingly to a 3.
The communication and order processing of the company I rate a 1 or less. My wife, who ordered the item received exactly 1 email weeks after attempting to exchange the item. She was told: send the original item back (at our cost) and when they received it, they would send the exchange.
No other confirmation of receipt, shipping notification, or any other verification/notification. And the only email is at "info.(organization. com)". In the era of Amazon, this is way below customer's expectations.

Took far to long to process a refund disappointed

I was shipped the wrong size scarf, and when I reported it you responded immediately to my message and sent me the correct sized item right away. And you didn't even make me go through the hassle of returning the incorrect item, which I really appreciated.

Dress was lovely, but didn’t fit. The return process is very frustrating. They tried to discourage the return by twice to offering me a discount to keep the item. They provide NO return label and a bot responds to your return request. I still haven’t received the refund.

Arrived late and is not cashmere as I have experienced it. A poor quality Chinese import.
