I've been playing Sloto since 2019. The game has undergone significant changes, mostly for the worse. They have now increased the amount of my bet, the lowest being 650, then it jumps to Quadrillion.... See more

UK players being overcharged for in game purchases.?

Have been asking support team to explain why UK players when making in app purchases are being overcharged. Slotomania are not converting the cost from dollars to pounds using currency converter they just charge you in pounds what they stated was dollars. EG 4.99 dollars becomes a £4.99. The support team just claim that it is taxes and will not escalate the case to developers. UK players are paying over 7 dollars for a purchase slotomania state is 4.99 dollars. UK players are being overcharged.

The Slotomania Gimmick

Slotomania will gladly take real money and return you with numerous dead spins. Spins that show bonus symbols on odd and even reels that pay nothing and AND ACTIVATE nothing. This is a gimmick spins that leads you to think you almost won. As soon as you purchase you can expect very little of a return for your real money.

Luring site designed to make you spend…

Luring site designed to make you spend money. Like many other similar sites littering the internet, this one is no different. The games are built in a manner that if you play them long enough, you will eventually lose all your winnings. It's a fact, but it's also a fact that it's entirely up to you to know when to stop giving them your money. Have fun with it until it's not longer fun.

It’s a no-brainer

It’s a no-brainer. Why pay money to NOT win money? Buy lottery tickets with that money you are spending instead. You may not win much (or anything) but at least you have a chance to win some real, life-changing CASH!

Game amounts showing are not real

I was playing he Straight Bullseye game. The amount showing for coin grab was not not what they paid out. I should have received over 1,250,000,000,000 but got only about 111,540,000,000. They said the wrong amounts were showing and that I received the real amount. I kept the screen shots. The offered me 5,000,000,000 for my troubles. They are a total rip off and liars.

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time, data or money on this. Was an excellent game until the Chinese got involved but now everything revolves around making games, dashes and albums near impossible to win/complete unless you're prepared to spend big on buying wild cards etc. Played slotomania for a number of years, was on level 19072 platinum but after being asked to bet 630 billion to complete 3 levels for one dash to find the reward for completion of the dash was 6.4 billion I reckoned enough was enough and had slotomania removed from my system. No stars would be too much as a rating.

Sexist

I just noticed that each app you advertise that contains the use of picking the right word to complete the sentence, the hand always picks the wrong word.....and it’s always a woman’s hand

I wish I could give negative stars …

I wish I could give negative stars They advertise this as a free game maybe the only free part is downloading it to begin with Everything costs money and I’m
Not talking$ .99
Or $1.99
They raised the price of the dash to 9.99 You send a message to support understand you’ll get a scripted response that’s computer generated that has nothing to do with the message you sent Depending on status you get like a sloto host Mines is rylie she’s literally a stain on humanity I’ve never seen a so called
Professional post selfie after selfie in reference to her job And let’s face it rylie ya not cute so quit trying to get attention it’s not professional She’s also a vindictive c U n t I asked her nicely to stop sending adds to buy I already get enough through the game why I also want them from
Bed is beyond me but she literally turned around and
Resent the same ones over and over and then wanted to cry when I called her a c u n t lol The game is rigged it didn’t start out that way but once China bought the company the communists decided to stick it to the players and I’m of the mindset at this point they’re trying to run decade long players out because we remember how it used to be I literally can’t hit any dashes nor and of the special games they offer because of my rank Once you get to 5 numbers in your rank say goodbye to being able to participate because the amount of coin needed to play with is so high I’m not sure who can play and play for free If you bet high expect not to hit a bonus You’ll just lose you have to bet so low that it’s a pointless endeavor to hit dash requirements I’ve found cheats in the game in reference to dashes I’ve emailed and emailed about these but have never once been asked or had any concern come from the company My takeaway is they know They’re not going to give it any air to breathe so they just ignore I’ve also never seen a company who will go out of its way to make sure
Every issue is put back on the customer They have NEVER taken any responsibility for technical problems Not receiving bonuses in games etc It’s never on their end it’s the players who also happens to be the customer so know they don’t give a s h I t about customer service and the customer always being right they basically
View themselves as the customer and we have to take the good with the bad because in the end it’s never their fault At random they raise the price of coins I have a couple accounts and some have packages starting at $1.99 but on other accounts the lowest is $9.99 mention it and they blame an unknown advertising company It’s smoke and mirrors and I’m disgusted with them and at this point Apple for allowing such company’s to do business like this And they’re well aware of it due to the fact you can rate the app on there just like what I’m doing now If they actually looked at it once in awhile they might have to act But clearly that’s not the case I’m
Not sure what entity governs company’s like this or apps like this but I’m faithfully hunting that down
Being foreign it’s hard to just contact the better business bureau over then slotomania is out of chine and playtika is Israeli Must be nice to be that elusive But again I’m still on the hunt I wish every player would take several days off and let that loss of money hit them where it hurts and maybe things would change but
You’ll always have idiot players who literally don’t notice their business ethics My advice stay away The games aren’t even that great the games you love they retire Add the fact they’re programmed to lose it basically makes the game no longer fun Go to a real casino with real money and I guarantee you’ll have better luck

You cannot win

You cannot win. The games are designed for you to
lose, lose and lose and then buy coins. It's a "gotcha"
for those who still believe in the tooth fairy and equal
justice under the law. Outcomes seem predetermined.
Wins are rare. If you play, save your hourly prizes up
and then play off of them. Don't waste money on
purchases as they won't help you win.
