I've been playing Sloto since 2019. The game has undergone significant changes, mostly for the worse. They have now increased the amount of my bet, the lowest being 650, then it jumps to Quadrillion.... See more

facebook in disguise....very deceptive practices

Site engages in deceptive practices to bait you into buying coin packages...the more you bet, the higher you have to bet to win and then they bait and switch offers... same slotocards are disbursed over and over again and even when you purchase high priced coin packages you are lucky if you get new card...wasted over 200 trillion coins trying to meet a target and when you reach target, payout less than amount played ...higher you bet the less you win

Be careful!!!!

Be careful, check your account daily. They will charge you for coins that you didn't ask for. Or they will just charge your account. I've had it happen a couple of times before I stopped purchasing coins from them.

Slotomania you suck big time

Slotomania you suck big time. You need to give free spins in your game more than once a week. In the past 7 weeks I have gotten 5 free spin rounds combined with betting only 500 chips per spin.

I have tried to explain an issue I'm having with the Royal Jackpot and the fact that it is not working and I have not been awarded 15,000,000,000,000 coins. I've sent multiple emails and begged for someone to call me so I can get them to understand the problem but continue to get explaination of the wrong jackpot. The issue is not being addressed and I keep getting blown off. I spend hundreds of dollars a month on this game and absolutely no customer service. What's wrong with their customer service and ability to help their players?????

FOUND OUNT THE HARD WAY

As found out the hard way, apart from advertising free slots machines for play, which is deceptive and untrue . The are also deceptive when people are making purchases, as I found out I made a couple of purchases piggy bank for USD 2.99 it cost me AUST $4.20 plus + tax $0.54 Total of AUST $4.74 did this a few times on different dates, when checking my bank statement at end of month I noticed they had taken out the amount multiple times fist purchase took out 4 times on same day and the second purchase 6 times, as the are small amounts you dont realize until you look at your statement. I wrote to them on several occassions through their site complaints department but they have ignored my emails. Every time I have sent a complaint they just ignore it, it seems to me they do this to people in small amounts as its not so noticeable unless you check your statements.
People using this site check to make sure they are not taking out any extra money from your accounts, they are not to be trusted, They probably use the money for world wide terrorism or other cynical issues. They are a disgrace to the internet, Google who reccomend them should be liable for their actions and take them offline. as they are causing to many issues with people around the world and also Google should investigate allegations against them, there seems to be many sites who have compaints about them.

The Fraud Continues

Despite buying lots of coins, gems etc and useing gems to power up frequently. They have stopped me from winning ANYTHING at all whether its my REAL money or their fake money from dice or mega bonus. I cannot get any benefits from my clan. They have stopped that. I cannot get through or even near finishing any of the Islands. THIS HAS TO STOP I HAVE CONTACTED THE AUST GOVT this is massive fraud and I have been targeted & discriminated against. They even rigged the reels to stop me getting features. You can see it happening they stop or slow down the reels mid stream as the feature icons appear on the screen. I will not give up until they play fair & fix their deceptive practices & targeting of individuals who complain.

Digital Opium, Beware!

I tried Slotomania on a whim. It was fun, and addictive for the first couple of days, but it didn't last. I had no intention of making any "in game" purchases to begin with, so by the 4th day my "winnings" went from in the Trillions of "dollars" to relying on "Your Daily Treat" to get by. This is how they get their customers hooked....Just like an average dope dealer..."Give them a sample, and rake in the cash once they're hooked"...

It's very unscrupulous, and deceptive. Take the "Shiny Show" for example, if you have enough "Gems" you can make it through all 15 acts, but once they see you're not making any in game purchases your gems run low, and the annoying shark eats all of your prizes.

I agree with other reviewers that theses types of games need much regulation. I'd rather pay a fixed price for a game upfront, (like video games) than to play a so-called "free game" that's dishonest from the get-go. I don't even believe the slots are "random" like you'd find in a casino, but they are purposely rigged using some sort of algorithm.
Although my warning will fall on deaf ears, I implore you to steer clear of this deceitful, and rigged game. I know many, many good people are throwing away hard earned dollars on a game that can't be won, and are beyond listening to reason, but that's what the creators of the game were counting on!!!
Save your money for your local state lottery...You actually have a chance (albeit a small chance) of winning that!

Started over

Just one day I open it and it has started me over. I did try and link with Facebook, so that might be why. I logged off of Facebook but it stayed on level one. Everything I try doesn’t work. Crazy game. And I was on level 1100 and something!

They want your money

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, in Slotomania is aimed at optimizing in-game purchases. Not that that is unusual in online gaming, but Slotomania takes marketing to new heights.

Unlike brick and mortar casinos, the gaming on Slotomania is not regulated. Each player on Slotomania is tracked. A large jackpot win that increases a player’s bankroll results in payback odds being changed (i.e., the slots get much tighter), the minimum bets required to participate in popular activities (quests, Snakes and Ladders, Private Eye Lucy, etc all which allow players chances to win in game prizes like game coins) increases, the cost of coin packages increase. The constant pressure on players is to make in-game purchases. But, as soon as a player makes a purchase they find the costs of future purchases goes up. Every aspect in the game is based on getting players to spend money.

Unlike most loyalty programs that incentivize loyal members by providing discounts and perks, Slotomania provides VIP status that results in those players having a much more expensive game experience than non-VIP.

Imagine a brick and mortar casino making payback percentages lower for guests who win a jackpot. Imagine a brick and mortar casino charging a guest who has a day of good luck on slots to pay more per spin to use the slots. Imagine a brick and mortar casino expecting VIP loyalty program members to pay more for every purchase in the casino than non-VIP.

Until social gaming is regulated, companies like Playtika will continue to do everything to optimize their profits. Fairness to Slotomania players is not a consideration. Their game design is a study in cheating customers whilst building loyalty among them. They have succeeded in establishing a social media group on Facebook that provides a sense of community among players. At the same time, they have “administrators” on the Facebook site who are trained to respond by carefully crafted Playtika “party lines,” and a customer service staff that are equally schooled in ways to reassure every complainer that their negative or puzzling experience in game is due to their (customer) error.

Slotomania game content is enjoyable and entertaining. Their egregious manipulation of each account is a major disincentive. Slotomania is a perfect example of why social games need regulation.
