I've been playing Sloto since 2019. The game has undergone significant changes, mostly for the worse. They have now increased the amount of my bet, the lowest being 650, then it jumps to Quadrillion.... See more

Preys on players

Did not receive compensation for purchases made, and contacted customer support. The first day I was polite and patient. The second day issue is still not resolved so I contacted support once again with no help whatsoever. The game preys on lonely people that are just trying to entertain themselves, and they suck the money out of us, but if an issue arises we are treated like mere Peasants.

Update of non massive win previously…

Update of non massive win previously logged.

Have been since 15-5-22 trying to send an email to Slotomania customer support and all I get in return is desk not monitored at moment. This rejection is continual day/night and don't just get one knock back get three each time try to send it. This is not good practice or very professional!

This is what am trying to email through:

Hi Ethan,

Stop treating me like I am stupid, as all games are chance which everyone is aware of and it is all luck and what you spend per spin.

I was positive and love all the variety of games that slotomania has.

But,

Do not appreciate dishonesty and B.S. or being ripped off refer to INC20408844 issue and everything is posted on complaintsboard.com, ripoff.com etc.

Oh,

and your company needs to be honourable and pay me my massive win $499,500,500,999,500.

As when you go shopping at a supermarket and they scan item and price comes up incorrectly, they do not say you cannot have it they are EXTREMELY APOLOGETIC AND HONOURABLE and give you item for FREE in good faith that you will not be negative about their supermarket and you will keep coming back as a 'LOYAL' customer.

About time you changed your tactics and policy as there are loads of negativity against 'Slotomania' from unhappy customers and mine is just another.

And by the by 'WORD OF MOUTH IS A POWERFUL TOOL' it is used for positive and negative feedback and I have heard of companies going broke because of negativity.

Is this what Slotomania wants!

Disappointing and disheartening.

Disappointing and disheartening.
Well I hope no one downloads this unsupported game as they do not honour massive wins of $499,500,500,399,555 of which I have a photo of if anyone wants it - sms my phone no 0449 787 525, Ticket no: INC20408844 dated 30-4-22. There refusing to pay as they state it was only visual display. If that was the case it would not have said 'CONGRATULATIONS YOU WIN $ABOVE AMOUNT IN TEN FREE SPINS' - it would have said you could have won the $above amount in ten free spins.
Also, am still waiting for there tech department to finalise Ticket no INC 19552452 dated 13-2-22 where once again was told under investigation and tech team would respond shortly and to have patience - my patience has now run out. This issue is that I am after COMPENSATION for not being able to do the Clan challenge which was to play snakes and ladders bonus game. It would not load for me to be able to do. I believe that my clan and myself should be compensated.

I have played with slotomania for a few years at first I occasionally bought coins but it did not take me long to figure out this was a suckers game. And to ad insult they used my credit number and charged me for purchases I did not make. I did get my money back from my credit card company and I you to be cautious. This game has to be the most corrupt on the web. beware.

I don't know where to start.

I don't know where to start.
Today on 2nd daily dash, you have to find Holey Moley 2 times. The problem is, try to fill the bubble, and when you do get the chance to finally play, you land on cards that are worthless, or a few coins for a prize. It's a scam, I see this ship all the time. I have been a member over 10 years, I'm over level 33,000.
I could write a book how slotomania has changed, and it wouldn't be positive.
They are run by China, and Israel, thats a big problem. Money Greedy, and the communist, that love to control people.
The 1 thing I noticed about 5 star reviews, most are paid bots. Go to their facebook pages, you won't see anything real negative, but if you do,they will erase that message. The messages are paid bots that leave nice messages their. I dont have facebooger, for years I have noticed they have changed.
My advice, don't join, or if you do-don't give them a fkn penny/cent.

One day I will write more in-debt about these scam artist, no wonder the world don't trust them.

Pay to Play!!

Took me a month to get to 10 billion and 1 day to loose it. Game not made for fun, odds too much in the games favor. If you want to spend money on gambling, a casino app would make more sense

High Prices & Inconsistent Rules

After reading other complaints mine is the same. After 2 months of heavy playing some days I was up to 1.87 Quad. I worked my way up, got lucky but bet accordingly. What really gets me is they change the rules of the game while you're playing. If I'm betting 500B a turn I should be able to move through the game quicker than someone playing 1,000 or whatever. They've slowed everything except for one item. Their prices. They've priced themselves out for me. Anyone know how to give someone about 4K in gems?

This used to be a fun game with lots of freebies and incentives but over time the owners have stripped it to its bare bones...trimmed down rewards and bonuses pushed up real money prices for poorer packages. It's clearly rigged and any business that gets you to waive your rights to sue before you can participate speaks volumes. Customer service fob you off with lies and insult your intelligence. The worst thing for me is that they are making some of the promo's/games exclusionary..they are clearly targetting people with an addiction that will hand over their money...despicable people a true reflection of its owners.

After spending thousands of dollars…

After spending thousands of dollars with slotomania, over a ten year period, I've decided to quit gambling. My last wing-ding was today and I put down $500. Had no bonuses. It didn't even try to go to the bonus on any game. It just took my $500 and ran. So, I had the pleasure to write customer service. Told them how much I spent and to take me off their roster. Today is a good day! I'm free from this monster den of thieves!

All the bad reviews are 100% true.

I'm currently at level 23900, and I see several problems.

Like some other reviewers, I've noticed that claimed wins aren't credited in full. For example, if you had 10,000 in coins right after you press the spin button and you win 5,000, you should have 15,000 after the win, right? Well, you might have 15,000 but you might also only have 13,500. They don't always pay the full amount. This is fact and I am not the only one who has seen it. The small amount that they withhold on wins has a severely negative impact on your coin balance over time.
You are promised rewards in the Medal Machine that they never give you. The medal machine only pays out coins, gems and boosters. If you win star dice you never get them. Flat out lies. I contacted tech support about this a year or so ago, they confirmed it was an error, and reset the shiny tree once for my troubles. More than a year later you can still "win" star dice rolls and wheel spins in the medal machine that you can never claim.
I've only made one purchase; I bought the super dash one time because it got me wild cards which I used to complete a slotocard album to get 16B in coins. Consider the cost of coin packages. The "Hot" deal offered me right now is 6,816,000,000 coins for $4.99. In order to participate in many of the side games at my level (23900) I have to bet about 3,000,000,000 per spin. That means Slotomania expects me to spend $2.50 per spin in real $$ to win fake money.
As others have said, your results are very streaky. By that I mean you might win for 20 minutes or so, followed by hours of losing. The higher level you get, the longer the losing streaks get. One time I got to 2T, then went on an 8 week losing streak and got down to essentially zero. I built up again, this time to over 4T, but that only lasted a week or so, then it was more and more losing. Now on a good day I can get to 400B, but I know if I do, then the losing will start again and I'll be back to near zero inside of an hour.

I could overlook these if they weren't charging people REAL money.

I feel sorry for anyone who is foolish or just plain addicted enough to spend any money on this. Even if you won on every spin, what would be the gain?

What a joke this site has become

What a joke this site has become. I really enjoyed the games, and the side games to try and win additional coins. But when you achieve the higher goals, it makes you have to win 15 or 16 trillion coins to advance one step. You need to advance over 50 times in the 2 week period to win special items. The problem is if you have no coins, you would have to spend $3,000 in real money to buy enough fake coins to advance one step. They literally punish people who succeed on their site. When you try and ask them about fixing the problem, they treat you like a little kid and tell you don't give up, because people who give up don't succeed. I DON'T WANT A HALFTIME SPEECH! I want to waste time by having fun. And this site punishes you if you do.

Way less fun in last 5 years

When I started in 2015, before two changes in corp ownership, the app was all about slots. Reasonable bet denominations, few ‘sales promos’
Daily features were free to all. It was a stable app/site that seldom crashed. FF to 2021/2: the regular game app crashes almost daily. If you are a vip player and use iOs devices- you get the single worst performing game platform on earth in its ‘Inner Circle’. Reels drag, connections drop, and often it takes 5/8 attempts to load/as it is not an app, but a data bloated website. On both reg and vip incarnations, the game is obsessed with crazy sales gimmicks. 3-4-5 a day. That, and an out of control ‘coin economy’ that has ppl betting trillions is just crazy. Wins dried up along with lagging revenue and stocl for Playtika. It’s not at all like a real casino. I’d never have started 6 yrs ago, had I known all this. Caveat Playor

Dont Waste Your Time

IT has become incredibly obvious that this app is all about leaching your cash. The Daily Tasks requirements scale based on your money, designed to FORCE you to keep increasing bets to outrageous levels, and as your bids increase, the odds of payouts noticably decrease. They LITERALLY try to make you go broke, so you will consistently have to buy coin for real cash. Do you daily "gifts" increase? Nope. You have 10 Billion coin? Sure, you have to bet like 20M per spin to qualify for basic jackpots, but your free gift is still only 1 or 2 Million. Yeah, that's quite the incentive, isn't it.

Not random

Not random. Do not have to play very long to see the odds of winning are not based on random numbers. Ever increasing 'offers' to extract some more money from players.
