I stopped watching You Bet Your Life with Jay Leno because they promote this game Slotomania. I have never had an app stop as many times as this one. Most of the time it does it on a bonus game. Horrible game. Jay Leno stop promoting Slotomania.

This game is a complete ripoff. They keep devaluing their currency to the point now that it’s almost worthless. It’s now virtually impossible to obtain awards or level up. I complained to them and their response was: you’re such a good player, we have to make the game more challenging. Right. How about we want you to spend more money to win less.

I wish I could boots zero for this game. They do nothing they constantly get you to buy their product which is really worthless. It’s like bitcoin and then they steal your money by rigging the slots in their favor to have no more money. It’s an only going process stay away from them.

Played for over 10yrs and supported strongly. It is at its worst. They make everything impossible. Everything has a price tag and if you buy you will be disappointed. Playtika needs investigating and sued for their corruption. Please don't get sucked in like it did. Everything looks great but the outcome will be a disappointment. Stay clear

Used to love playing this game finishing albums but it is now more money orientated. Slotmania is now
encouraging people to gamble as they are not giving out cards etc and people get frustrated and spend their hard earned money. I am in a clan and we all enjoyed playing now players are leaving because of this.

I've played for several months and enjoyed the experience. Lately, though, the costs have gone up drastically and the rewards have diminished. Not a good deal at all. I'm uninstalling today.

Horrible dishonest and very shady game. This game will change your bet to max during Auto spin so you will run out of coins faster. When you make purchases on their best deal wheel bonus 9/10 you’re going to get one of the lowest wedges they got. The game is dirty and I’m not sure how they are legal.

I dont get all you people wanting something for fre than complaining. I have played slottomania for a year almost daily (Yeah I need a life) I gone from almost nothing to TRILLIONS in coind overand over. They never let you die. Ive only spent about ten bucks buying a few specials. Thats a years worth of something to do for 10 bucks.

Absolute disgrace of a game customer service hopeless to the point of being insulting when they do not even bother reading a complaint and send a scripted reply which often does not relate to issue raised.Game has become a money grabbing exercise for there corrupt owners.Game does even deserve one star

This game is rigged you know it is... very rarely can you finish anything pushing people to purchase coins which are funking worthless it's always just out of reach then all your constant pop ups start everytime you open the shiet app ... I am reporting this site to be reviewed.

Look at all of these bad reviews. What kind of honesty do you expect from a game controlled by communist China? If you don't believe that then join a slotomania group on Facebook and complain about China. The hosts of the group will kick you out because their employers in China dictate that. They are in it for the money and offer NOTHING in return. Don't buy any coins ever. SCAM!

Warning !! Please save yourself time and money and DON'T play on this site. It is nothing but a fixed and rigged site. You get free coins at first then the games are rigged to loose ,\. That's when they start to push you to buy coin packages , gem package and all other packages just to get you to spend more and more money.. DON'T waste your time and money on a site you win absolutely nothing playing and when you contact them they give all sorts of excuse you should keep spending money and playing. They never fix an issue I lost my clan I created and my award cards filed work order never did a thing about even chatted with tech don't waste your time all they want is money money money

I have been loyal to Slotomania for almost 11 years.
But ever sense Covid struck the world they have become very greedy.There is no enjoyment in the game anymore.
The latest is the Cat that is suppose to be there to help us but it’s just another con for them to get into your pockets.
They have even added feeding it into your dashes and most times you have to buy the food they don’t make you buy it but if you don’t you will never finish that dash.
Then everything you do buy and don’t use after 7 days they delete it.
The customer service team is little to no help they have a cheat sheet to talk to us with that has not been updated sense game started. It’s always our fault and not the game. Most times when you have lost big from game gliches and such not to worry the try to give you a mega or sloto bonus to smooth it over.
The fun and exciting part of the game is gone and sadly I don’t see it coming back.
I feel it’s a fraudulent app that’s just out for your real money for nothing in return.
The Jackpot spins seems to go to bots.
I wish I could give them a 0 stars because that’s what they so deserve.
SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR FUN AND Excitement then keep looking because Slotomania is none fun or exciting anymore. Save your money and take family or partner out to dinner or nice trip don’t give it to Playtika.

P.S the iOS platform has been messed up for 3 weeks now. They say wizzards are working on it but I believe that to be a lie.
So I have found out they make you turn tracking on to play game without problems smh

Game is no fun anymore. All they do is take your credits and money but never give back . Spending money on this game is a waste of your money. You won't win.. NO

I started playing four years ago to relax, I do not find it relaxing anymore. In the last year and half they have added many mini games to run in the background. Others may have a different experience but for me the games interrupt spins and create too many popups to enjoy the game being played. Concerns: I used to be able to make a purchase for less than $10.00 and play for a while with minimum bets being 250 or 500 coins. Now minimum bets are 500,000 to 1,000,000 coins and purchases are $29.00 and more for only a few billion coins which will not keep you playing too long.

I confirm what others have posted below me. Customer service is rude and non responsive. I attempted to raise concerns with them in the past, but after a year of frustration, I just accepted that if I did not get what what supposed to be given (cards, bonus spins, jackpots) I just told myself it is what it is and I am just trying to zen and relax.

After many years of seeing this site run more background apps (guardian cat, rally, mole, and such) along with the pop ups to purchase, it takes the "zen" out of playing and I decided to sign out. I figured it was like methadone for me..as I spent too many hours (and money) in casinos.

Was given Sloto bucks to purchase thru the game app that were free to use as I wanted. They then charged my Apple Pay. After reaching out to customer service and live chat. The representative acknowledged that they should not have taken it. However, he could not do anything on his part and told me to file a dispute with Apple. After the dispute was filed Slotomania denied the dispute and would not return the money back to me. Once again, I reached out to customer service. They wanted proof of all transactions, I obliged. They did respond to me with an email with a screenshot that a transaction was canceled..it was for February. This took place late June. There’s been many many transactions since then. But of course they choose to send me that and the denial to refund. I provided proof, all screenshots including the one from their own agent confirming they made a mistake and that a full refund was owed. Customer service did not accept the 5 screenshots or the fact their own agent accepted the fault. Then they wanted a screenshot of the transaction on game play. Who takes screenshots of things they were given and used on game play? Dang, if I were to do that on every game. My storage would be zapped! So take warning of this game. If you choose to accept any gifts, take a screenshot. If you choose to use any rewards in game play..take a screenshot. In fact screenshot any and everything! I will admit the game is fun. However, the worry about what will they charge my bank account or Apple Pay for is not worth playing. Their customer service is crooked and will take advantage of you in way they can.

This game is a scam by far the worst casino style free games on the internet when you have a win and it doesn't record your win don't bother contacting customer support because they offer absolutely so support at all. I have had many bad experiences with Slotomania(playtika), so much so I wrote to my state's Attorney General.
Not getting full credit for wins, and the more you win, higher the chance you will lose, for example, I was playing FILL THE TILL, and was betting 10T a spin, and lost 14 straight spins.
And they raise the price to get the GOLD STAMPS, its getting crazy.
