Slow payouts and barely any bonuses. Streamers show winnings and withdrawals of thousands yet its capped for normal people at 800. Usually takes over a week to clear. A lot better options

withdrawal was cancelled 8 times without reason

16 days in a row i tried to withdraw the money. i contacted support via email and chat, mostly via chat. They said 3 first time to withdraw by myself, all 3 times it was cancelled, then they said that they will made a manual withdrawal. Also every time I asked about the withdrawal, they said that according to their rules it takes 3 working days. And of course on the third working day the withdrawal was cancelled everytime. So on the 7th or 8th day i asked to make a manual withdrawal. After that 4 days passed and I asked where is my withdrawal, they said that my request was transferred and I need to wait more. I waited 2 days more and they said that I need to try to withdraw by myself again. I tried, it was cancelled 2 times again, finally as they wanted i lost my money and after I contacted them and asked, why they haven't withdrawn my money manually, the kicked me out of my account.

long story short - the haven't withdrawn my money in 16 days and kicked me out of my account

I made my first deposit after I saw they have 3 welcome bonuses for new customers. after my first deposit I get this in response: after careful review of your account please be informed that unfortunately there are no bonuses and promotions available on your account as per the administrative decision. advise everyone to stay away from this company where they offer bonuses that customers don't get. I really hope they fix this

They have not accepted my registration…

They have not accepted my registration and chat support not wanted to help me and investigate issue further so he just ended chat during conversation. Seems very unprofessional and not trusting casino . I was referred by greek casino streamer CheekyGamblers.

Don’t join bc of the promos

Don’t join bc of the promos, I only joined for the deposit bonus that’s posted all over their site, after using the code and not getting the bonus I go to live chat and they say this “our admins can not give bonuses under terms and conditions” and prettty much said have a good day. If they can’t even honor promos in no way would I trust them with a withdrawal. Edit withdrawals were actually fast which was a nice change from getting the promo not added.

Avoid at all cost

Don't even think of opening an account with this company. It's day seven of me looking for my withdrawal. All they keep telling me is "as soon as possible" " will be there shortly" and " your case has been escalated". They say that it takes 2-3 days for withdrawal. It's now day seven and still pending. Nobody can even tell me when I will see it. Their chat is like taking to a bot!!! Quick to take your money but not so quick to let you withdraw it. Not big money either, only e50!!!
