Nice but relatively expensive.
Its nice looking and quite comfortable. But feel it is very expensive for what it is.
Would only recommend if someone really wants the look of the chair as there are not many attractive office chairs.
There will be comfier and more adjustable chairs for less money.

Great design of chair
Great design of chair, easy to put together, and not too complex to operate, which some adaptable chairs can be. Pleased that it's made in the UK, and arrived quickly. My only comments for improvement are: the armrests move from side to side a little too easily, so when getting in and out of the seat, or moving it away from the desk to sit down, they can move unexpectedly; and when the parcel was delivered from the courier, the senders name was different to 'Slouch', which caused some confusion.

Comfortable and supportive
Quick delivery, quick and easy assembly and super comfortable and supportive. My only negative is that of the two plastic bags that the parts were wrapped in only one of them had a recycling mark on it.

My chair was delivered to the wrong…
My chair was delivered to the wrong address. I felt that Slouch customer services could have done a lot more to try to rectify the situation - the only solution they suggsted was for me to try to get in touch with the care home it had been delivered to which was a 10 min drive from my house - not something I felt was my problem to resolve to be honest and i don't have a car. After chasing them up on it, they then sent out a new chair that fedex again failed to deliver. I felt like the customer service team were friendly, empathetic and acknowledged it was disappointing but there was nothing they could do to help beyond trying the delivery again. I got: "I really wish this could have gone better but it seems FedEx just don’t seem to want to deliver your order.." which was a bit indifferent / underwhelming. In the end I went for a refund, which was a disappointing outcome because I did really want that chair.

The initial misdelivery should not have happened, and we completely understand why being asked to contact the care home yourself felt unreasonable, particularly given the circumstances you mentioned. While we were trying to find the quickest possible resolution at the time, we appreciate that this should not have felt like your responsibility.
After the second failed delivery attempt, we did offer to arrange a third attempt, but we fully understand why this was no longer a suitable option for you. By that stage, confidence in the courier had understandably been affected.
We’re also very sorry that our wording came across as indifferent. The comment you referenced was never intended to minimise your experience or shift responsibility, it was and expression of our frustration with the repeated courier failures. That said, we recognise that tone matters, and we regret that it felt underwhelming at such a disappointing point in the process.
While the refund was processed, we truly regret that this was the final outcome. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are reviewing both our courier escalation process and our communication approach to ensure customers feel fully supported if something goes wrong.
We’re very sorry we didn’t get this right for you.

Great chair
Great chair. I work full time from my dining table and the dining chair was really starting to bother my back and shoulders. This chair has fixed all these issues and I am now in comfort all day. Very easy to put together and I upgraded to the special wheels for wooden flooring and also the forward tilt. I would thoroughly recommend this chair.

Chair shipped much earlier than date first given. Chair was very easy to put together, with few pieces and well packaged.
So far it's as comfortable and as adjustable as hoped.

Customer service need to be improved haven't tried the product
I haven't tried the product, so I will not comment on that.
However, customer service needs to improve significantly. I called several times with no callback, and when I emailed customer service, I didn't receive a reply for several days. I finally spoke to Luke and asked for a refund with return. Thanks to him, he called internally to speed up the process.

Amazing!
Amazing!! My chair arrived a couple of hours ago and I am a huge fan already!! Firstly I was super impressed with the packaging, there were actual handles in the heavy box so you could lift it (game changer!) and all the parts of the chair were very well wrapped inside. It took less than 5 minutes to assemble and the instructions were very clear, you could assemble it without the instructions it is that easy! The chair itself is a very high quality and extremely comfortable, the designer thought of everything!! If you’re not sure whether to buy one…I suggest buying 2!! Thank you Slouch!!!
