5 stars with a tiny glitch...
I have put 5 stars, because overall the service and the product was great. However, over the Christmas break you left your "out of office" reply on way longer than the date mentioned in the reply. That eroded trust tbh.
However you did respond, and I was reassured by your returns policy, so thank you for that, even if a little delayed.
I only unpacked the chair yesterday as suddenly life got frantic, and I am delighted with it. It was easy to put together, using the very sturdy packaging box corner to rest the seat on whilst putting the back on. Clear and simple instructions were much appreciated - thank you.
And the chair itself..... O M G. I love the mesh back, with the lumbar support. and the adjustable head rest is wonderful. The seat extends forward gives me very good leg support, which was really lacking in my previous chair.
The seat feels very comfortable, is nicely shaped and wide enough! The tilt on the chair is smooth and supportive, so when I lean back I don't fear for my life, and there is just the right ratio of give/resistance, so it moves gently rather than tilting you back like a Graham Norton chair!
Love the adjustability of seat tilt, height, arms height and position. ( I'd read a review which complained that the arms didn't move forward or back... but they do - just push forward from the back edge...easy peasy!)
SO, was I dreading finding out I'd spent a whopping £450 on a dud? Yes I was. I now feel this is the best £450 I have ever treated myself to. The build quality is sturdy, I love the adjustability of the chair, plus it looks really good in my office, so Bravo and Thankyou!

Great products - standing desk and chair
Really pleased with the standing desk and chair - although the instructions for the desk were a little hard to read (small diagrams) and a bit fiddly. The chair however was dead simple - and it’s an excellent chair. I did have to return a desk extension that was sent in the wrong finish. But as it turned out, I didn’t need it and they arrranged pick up and refund.

Had issues with my Revolut payments…
Had issues with my Revolut payments being declined due to the merchant not requesting 3DS. Tried a few times in various ways. Was told it was declined each time. Then 2 chairs arrived! I only wanted one. I received no email of confirmation of order or a receipt.

Regarding the payment issue, our payment portal is managed by a third-party provider and, unfortunately, we don’t have control over how 3D Secure (3DS) authentication requests are handled. If a transaction is declined, it is typically due to the bank or card provider’s security requirements rather than a decision on our side. We completely understand how this can be frustrating, especially when the system indicates a failed payment.
In relation to the order confirmation, these emails are automatically generated once an order is successfully processed. On occasion, they can be filtered into spam or junk folders depending on individual email provider settings, so they may not always appear in the main inbox.
We understand that you ultimately decided to keep the second chair, and we hope it proves to be a useful addition. That said, we’re sorry for the initial confusion around the order and notifications. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like this helps us continue improving the overall experience.

Great product, however, the chair itself is rather heavy, so I would recommend having an extra person on hand for assembly. The delivery also took a while for the chair to arrive.

Great office chair!
My Slouch chair is super comfortable and as it can be adjused, it provides great back/posture support. After procrastinating for some time over which chair to get for working from home, I’m glad I chose this one. I strongly recommend!

Wish I’d bought sooner!
Really pleased with my chair! Spent months looking at various online options and decided to go with Slouch based on reviews and returns policy. Really comfy chair so no intention of returning it. The only odd thing was lack of delivery email/notifications, but this was over Christmas.
