Marketed as hotel pillows, unfortunately a one star hotel or maybe a hostel .
Flatten down after a few days same as most pillows .

Thanks for your review. Sorry to hear they didn't meet your expectation. They're described as "Hotel" Pillows as they have the typical satin stripe cover, but also we do supply them to some hotels, from Hostels to 4 and 5 Star Hotels.
As they're synthetic (microfibre fill), they do lose their shape after some time, though I'm surprised this happened so quickly in your case.
A more long lasting option might be a Memory Foam or Latex option, either from ourselves or another provider. Feel free to give us a message on support@slumbersuite.ie if you'd like to return your item or change for a different one

Ordered 100% cotton bedsheets and pillows from these guys and absolutely so happy with them. The hotel pillows are soft, comfy and such good quality. I placed the order through pigsback and while both the orders I placed with UK companies had muptiple issues (one still hasn't arrived after 7 weeks!) the Slumber Suite products arrived in less than a week. Fab quality, I will definitely buy from them again.
