The sofa was delivered within the 5-7 week time scale suggested, the sofa itself is beautiful well crafted and beautiful fabric, comfortable, a little on the firm side but it's perfect for us, easy to clean too with lots of great storage underneath. Customer services could improve as not much communication between paying and sofa delivery but if that's sorted, great company to buy from and hope they succeed!

Sofa didn't even last a year. Handsets broke down few months after buying and a metal part in the front came from the fabric causing family member to cut his fingers deeply.
Customer service is a nightmare, first they told me they will replace faulty parts gave lots of promises and then totally ignored me.

Good quality ,arrived on time and the product is exactly the same as shown on the site!!

Customer service is rubbish, I had to call time and time again before each reaching anyone. Sofa was delayed and then when sofa came the bed did not have matching fabric which is what was ordered. Trying calling them no response and I have emailed them countless times but they have ignored. Sofa itself looked nice that is why 1 star

Really happy with their service ! Delivery toke 8 weeks but i was warned before i ordred ! No delay and they always answer my questions by emails when i was worried ! Delivery was nice and simple the 2 man build it for me free of charge and i am enjoying my sofa ! Really good quality ! Highly recommend this company !

We love our new sofa. It looks fantastic and looks much better in real than on photos, it is firm but very comfortable so far .Customer service very good and helpful . Delivery was on time so we highly recommend SM Sofas

I am so happy with the service received - from start to finish communication has been clear - the delivery people were amazing - it was a wet and muddy day and they ensured they left no mess. My sofa looks amazing and my friends and family are shocked at the cost as this has been phenomenally good value for money.

Great sofa. Doesn’t look cheaply made, sturdy frame and foam filling. Nice velvet fabrics. Not the cheap one I would say. From the moment of ordering and to moment of delivery took just over 4 weeks despite at the moment of orders was told that lead time is about 8 weeks. Two very good guys deliver the sofa in the early hours of Sunday morning and offered help to take it to the first floor. Will see how it will perform with in next few years. We were promised that sofa will last very long time as company making quality items. Time will tell. So far definitely recommending that company.

Bought sofa in December 2020, after few months off use started to notice that wood feels , my 2 years old son hurt himself few times, in July 2021 have made formal complaint via email and facebook, 3 months was ignored, wrote under there post to check email and messenger, they have blocked me from writing under there post !
Today sofa broke -2 springs in sofa broke!
i would understand if our weight would be 100+ kg or kids jumping we are hardly used ant paid £700 for few months of use!
i will take this matter to court if i need to !

Do not buy ! don't last ! colours is fading looks like i was using this sofa for 10 years!

I have had a sofa that cost £700 not even 6 months. It arrived damaged and after being ignored for a while, the repair man finally came out to fix it. Now the arm has broken off and I am just being ignored. It was supposed to be under a years guarantee, but they are not upholding this. They are unbelievably cheaply made and just thrown together. they look ok on the surface, but the sofa is practically made of cardboard. Don't waste your money. Mine is an expensive lesson learned and I'm going to have to claim my money back another way. Disgusting behaviour and very unprofessional from a so called professional company
