Our stay at Lynecroft was perfect!
The booking process was easy and communication was good. The accommodation is exceptional. It is spacious, beautifully furnished and with good quality equipment, crockery etc and comfy beds. The large garden is beautiful and the parking spaces a bonus.
Lynecroft is ideally located for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coast. Embleton was a real treat, with a fabulous beach, local pub and shop.
I would definitely recommend Lynecroft and we will be returning to this new family favourite.

Warm, clean, very comfortable. A home from home experience with everything you could need. Great communication with owners pre visit - very helpful. Lovely welcome pack. Comfortable beds, great location. Definitely a place to visit again ( and again and again)

we have stayed here before and always impressed by the high standard of furnishings and rooms layout. we never stay in anywhere less than our own standard.

This is our second visit to the Arches.
We had a wonderful time the property is spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped.
The Arches is well located and is an ideal base for exploring the Northumberland coastline.
Walk to the nearby beach and then call in to the popular gastro pub what's not to like...

Cottage was lovely, spacious and modern. The detail was fantastic, with top quality mattresses, good sturdy furniture, lovely bathrooms, large smart TV, washing machine. dishwasher, amazing log fire and a fantastic kitchen. Lovely touch with the basket of treats with coffees and choccy biscuits, as well as milk in fridge.

No complaints and extra thanks to Maureen for sorting out the extra bits for my disabled wife and the baby accessories.

Location was also fantastic with many nice Northumberland villages surrounding the area and great beaches.

Fantastic stay at the Arches. The cottage was lovely and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms are spacious and all the furnishings are to a high standard. The cottage is in a great location and we would definitely visit again

Comfortable, clean, well equipped cottage in a great position near the village gastro pub and within a short walk of a beautiful beach. What more could anybody ask for!

We have just had a great week at the Arches. The property is very clean & beds comfortable. The pub is practically next door & the beaches are very close. We were lucky & had great weather. I chose Northumberland as we wanted a uk holiday but not too busy and this is exactly what we got. On one day we had a whole beach to ourselves! We would definitely return.

Lynecroft is a lovely modern, clean and well equipped bungalow with plenty of parking and a secure garden perfect for children and dogs in a great location.

We love Lynecroft beautiful property large garden ample off road parking not far from the beach and numerous castles.
High standard furniture linen and comfortable beds.
4 adults 2 children we had a great time

We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay in The Arches. The location was absolutely fabulous, just 10 minutes walk to the beaches at Low Newton and Newton Links, the same to the Ship Inn at Low Newton and just a few steps from the Joiners Arms. We ate at the pub twice and also popped over for drinks, my mother in law even took her take away cup in for a coffee on a couple of mornings! The cottage itself was very nice, would have benefitted from a boot room but even with 2 dogs and 6 people there was still sufficient space for boots, coats etc and the heated drying rack for laundry was a nice touch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable although could have done with more toilet roll! Kitchen was well equipped and living room very comfortable. Unfortunately the weather wasn't too great so we didn't use the outside seating area very much however on the couple of occasions we sat outside we thought it could perhaps be a little more welcoming, perhaps some pots or other greenery would cheer it up a little? And a BBQ would have been amazing however appreciate this may not be possible. Overall we had a great holiday and are hoping to rebook for next year.

Cottage is clean, cosy and in a great location for exploring the area.

The cottage was well finished and great quality. It was well equipped with a lovely large garden and plenty of outdoor furniture.
The location is handy for the many beautiful beaches in the area.

We've had nother superb stay at the Arches. It is fully equipped, beuatifully furnished and so quiet and relaxing. We have already booked to come again.

Beautiful cottage in a great location, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and plenty seating in the li one area if fully occupied. Very well equipped kitchen, plenty crockery and glassware so no need to wash up before you can have another drink!! Pub next door but one, beach an easy 10 minute stroll and everything you might want to see/do on the Northumberland coast in easy reach by car.

Fantastic property in the lovey village of Embleton. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with a great garden. A real home from home . We cannot rate this highly enough and keep returning year after year.

This is a beautiful bungalow tucked away in lovely Embleton. We enjoyed the walks straight from the back door to Craster and to Newton By the Sea. It's such a central location for many other walks too.

The house was clean, and warm when we arrived and we immediately felt at home. Everything we needed had been thought of in the cottage - there was nothing we could ask for. We loved it!

The Dunstanburgh Castle Hotel and Blue Bell Inn are literally around the corner - always a bonus when both of us can have a drink rather than one of us driving. The food there is lovely too.

Thank you for letting us stay - we'd love to come back.

Just a great house, perfectly equipped and presented, including added birthday trimmings for my wife’s birthday thanks to the owners!

Lovely location, super garden for dogs, and close to local amenities. Can’t fault it.
