Hello,
I'm so sorry you've had a bad experience, and that your order isn't with you yet. Your order is on its way - it was sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post. We did reply to your email to advise of this, apologise, and advise of what steps to take next, which was within 24 hours of your email.
Issues with postal delays are widespread and we have tried to communicate this to customers at the time of placing their order - it is not uncommon for parcels to take in excess of a week (or even two sadly) and we are unable to act with Royal Mail until two weeks have passed from when the parcel should have arrived- it isn't unusual for us to send a replacement/refund and the original parcel then arrives at the same time. We have also added a priority tracked delivery option for customers to select at checkout - these go by tracked 48, which seems to arrive more quickly.
We have offered to send out a new order to you if it gets to two weeks from when it should have arrived - I do appreciate that current circumstances and postal delays are frustrating for customers. We are doing and will continue to do all we can to mitigate this by shipping swiftly, providing good customer care and giving a choice of postage methods. Hopefully, as time goes on and services become more stable, we will see postal times reduce again.

Exactly as expected
I ordered a soft toy wolf, wasn't sure what to expect- sometimes things look different when they arrive, but , this was absolutely PERFECT exactly what I was expecting, infact I'm so pleased I'm thinking of buying one for myself!, delivery good, all in all I cannot fault small eco steps and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
