Rare products, fast quality service.

I have been ordering from this good American company for several years; their prices are great as well as the product variety. I especially appreciate their variety of German products, as I am part German - it's a way of throwing a few good dollars to the old "Heimat" while also supporting a good Chicago company. I continue to remain loyal without reservation.

Disappointed

This was not the same product as pictured. It also had a scent that was completely different from the one I usually get. And the scent of this cream is not pleasant to me. Probably won't be ordering here again

Good and rare merchandise, not so good packaging

I like Smallflower, they offer good items that is difficult or impossible to find in other places. But packaging certainly could be improved. The bottle of Bay Rum was leaking creating the natural disaster inside the package, and I had to wash most of the items to get rid of smell.
