I haven’t gotten my items yet, but I made a mistake and they were fast with reply and helped me correct the mistake! I’m so excited to get my order!

I purchased a gift card for my daughter for a Mother’s Day gift. I accidentally typed the email address one letter off and she didn’t receive the email with the gift card. I contacted Smallwoods immediately and received a kind, quick response saying no worries they would send it to the correct email address. My daughter was thrilled to receive it and can’t wait for her pictures to arrive.

I bought two large photos from Smallwoods and thought I was getting canvases, but instead, I received two foam boards that had dents on the corners and the quality of the color was horrible. I contacted customer service, and they said I could pay for the return label and get 50% credit towards my next order. They probably spent $5 creating the foam boards, so it's sad that that's all they could give me when it was their fault that I received dented foam boards with dull colors. I have been going to CanvasPeople for years as they send out free canvases through email, and they are significantly better quality than Smallwoods. I would never recommend Smallwoods to anyone.

Amazing quality and amazing customer service. The frame came cracked from delivery and they immediately sent a new one. Thankful for this small touch to completing my home!❤️

I just received my first Smallwood order and I can say honestly say I am extremely impressed with the company for so many reasons. I feel like I’m pretty particular about my product quality, especially when it comes to my home. I spend a lot of money on having family pictures taken, so to find a place that prints and frames high quality pictures is very important. I’m in LOVE with all of my pictures and cannot wait to get them on the walls of my new home! On top of that, they have excellent customer service and my pictures were printed, shipped, and delivered in less than a week, WOW! I will for sure order again from Smallwood!

I accidentally made an error when ordering my photos. Smallwoods got back with me in a timely manner and was able to completely resolve the problem even though it was outside the window of cancellation. I have ordered from them once before and could not be happier with the quality. They do great work!

Excellent quality and customer service. I ordered two custom canvas prints and one was the wrong orientation. I emailed them and I got a response immediately that they shipped a replacement and it was perfect. The quality is great and the kind, prompt customer service is hard to find these days and was much appreciated.

We have always had a phenomenal experience with smallwood home. We have bought multiple beautiful frames from them in the past. With our last purchase, it was unfortunately delivered in the rain by the delivery provider. When I reached out to smallwood home to discuss the water damage with them, they immediately responded and sent a replacement picture and frame. They have great customer service and great quality! We recommend small wood home to all of our friends and family!

I have wanted these for my home for YEARS, and I finally bit the bullet and bought 6! They are absolutely gorgeous!!! The top print was a little creased due to no fault of them, you could tell it happened in shipping! When I messaged them about it, they immediately sent me a new print and it came so fast! I’m so happy with them and very impressed with their fast service and quality prints!

I ordered my pictures March 21st and it’s now April 17th and I still have not received them.. I messaged the company the first time and no response and just messaged again.. very disappointed..

Picture would have been great but it was bowed like it had been sitting in a sauna…

Poor quality frames and even worse customer service. Ordered 6 frames prints. Print quality was good but 4 of the 6 frames arrived with extreme quality issues. The corners were not aligned showing obvious cracks. See pictures. I reached out to the customer service with pictures, they advised it was within their quality control and would not do anything further. Save your money, I have had better quality frames from target/amazon with better customer service! Extremely disappointed

Stellar customer service! I've been buying Smallwoods for a few years now. My most recent order had a picture that was a little fuzzy and not as clear and crisp as they normally are. Customer service was SO great and helped me get it replaced! I've never had issues, and the one time I did, they fixed it easily and quickly!

I have been a Smallwoods customer and love their quality! We lost our youngest son and I had ordered two times trying to get pictures so I could hang up and have them match our other children’s on the wall. Due to emotions what I thought I was ordering, was not what I wanted. I finally reached out after the second mistake on my part and customer service was FANTASTIC. They expressed their sympathies and let me keep all the prints I had and refunded my last order to a gift card for smallwood and directed me to a custom team to help me with my needs. They were prompt to answer questions and very helpful. I will continue to be a smallwoods customer!

I highly recommend if the printed picture is black that you reach out to your customers before you take their hard earned money! I spent $300 on pictures and cant get any help i offered to lighten them myself and them just reprint them nope! They will not hear it! So now i have pictures on my wall i absolutely hate! I loved this company back in the past but no longer!

Incredible experience start to finish! Customer service is outstanding, personal yet professional. Products are amazing quality and our professional photos have never looked better than being printed by Smallwoods! Return customer for life!

Quality is no where near what I have received in the past. I chose to order canvas’s this is the item I clicked on and somehow ended up with photos on foam board, or whatever you want to call it. Sounds like I just had same experience as most on here when asking for costumer service to resolve the issue, offering a discount. I was told my concerns would be send to proper departments and I will continue to contact after reading these reviews.

This company sends the most bullshit photos that look so blurry with distorted colors that you’re better off going to Walgreens. The customer service will ignore you, send you a coupon and immediately close your case if you have an issue. Do not buy. All the positive reviews are from influencer deals.
