The frame is damaged in two places. The large print is creased. The other large framed photo is scratched. I ordered 4 24x36 framed photos. I won’t purchase again.
Absolutely impressed! I ordered 3- 44x22 prints. They arrived in 3 days and looked phenomenal! I will definitely be ordering again!
All my pictures came as styrofoam with a barcode border would not recommend have complained and have not heard a word back where as when I asked about my package they were quick to respond
Beautiful pieces with vibrant colors! One of our frames arrived damaged so we reached out to customer service and they sent replacements instantly, they made sure we were happy with our purchases. Great family owned company. Love the outcome of our new art!

Zero packing put in package so 2 of 3 frames were completely destroyed. Submitted an online ticket, no response. Called and they turned off the phones! Wow, what a luxury to be such a laid back company that when you get tired of hearing from mad, demanding customers, you just turn off your phones. How delightful! That is THE worst customer service decision I have ever heard of. I will never be ordering from this company again.

I bought a canvas of my wife and I at our wedding as a 10 year anniversary gift. As a customization I added the date to the bottom right. The delivered canvas had the date twice on the bottom even though I hadn't designed it that way. It was too late for the replacement and despite ruining my gift, smallwoods offered no partial refund or credit. 1. How is it possible to make that mistake in the first place? Poor QA.
2. A blanket policy that the only option is to fix with a reprint or full refund no matter what situation is terrible customer service.
I’ve been a loyal to customer to small woods for multiple years. I have always had a great experience with them till this time. Somehow two of the four frames that I ordered did not match and they were all supposed to be the exact same. I reached out to see if I could return the two frames that didn’t match so I could re-order them to match and they are only honoring a 50% store credit and I still have to pay for return shipping. It’s disappointing that I have spent so much with them over the past seven years and this is all they can do.

Kudos to Smallwoods Frames for their top-notch customer service! I bought a large print from them, but it came damaged with a crease through Keith's face. I contacted them, and they swiftly sent another print. Although the second print was also damaged, I felt encouraged to reach out again, knowing I'd paid for something I'd wanted for a long time. They were extremely accommodating, sending another print without hesitation, even when shipping damage was suspected. The third print was perfect! Thank you very much #smallwoods
If I could leave zero stars I would. We ordered canvas prints for a grad party. First set, 3 out of 15 were blurry. We paid $250 in overnight shipping and had them reprinted. The 2 order was worse quality. Customer service was horrible; they refunded our money and left us hanging on the canvases. Now we have kids without for their grad party. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
I’m a repeat customer and will be back again and again! My print was damaged during shipping. No negligence on Smallwood’s part. I took pictures and emailed them, receiving a prompt response and very fair solution. Very professional, yet still personable. Thank you Smallwood!!
I ordered 8 large frames, one came damaged which you can tell was from the shipping process as the box was damaged, I emailed right away and there was a new frame ordered and being sent immediately before even having to ask! Excellent customer service and my frames are beautiful! Will definitely recommend and order again!👍🏻
Ordered two 22x44 framed canvases. One came damaged where it’s literally been pushed thru the metal prongs holding it in and is bent at the top which is very noticeable. I know this damage didn’t happen during delivery bc the box it came in is in perfect condition. I immediately contacted them with photos and haven’t received a response when has been well over their 48hr response time. I shouldn’t have to pay over $100 per canvas to have it delivered looking how it does.

Very upset with this company. I had issues with my order and have reached out. I've been told that they're going to respond after commenting here. They kept asking for more photos of the issues. Still no one has helped me. I've spent way too much with this company to not receive assistance with issues. Holes in photos, frame not level and not properly installed on the canvas. (They also don't really distinguish framed canvas vs framed wrapped canvas. So I accidentally ordered different products when I wanted to have one gallery wall. Granted, this part was my fault.)
I haven’t gotten my items yet, but I made a mistake and they were fast with reply and helped me correct the mistake! I’m so excited to get my order!
I purchased a gift card for my daughter for a Mother’s Day gift. I accidentally typed the email address one letter off and she didn’t receive the email with the gift card. I contacted Smallwoods immediately and received a kind, quick response saying no worries they would send it to the correct email address. My daughter was thrilled to receive it and can’t wait for her pictures to arrive.
