We have been using this company for years. We recently ordered a few family photos and had some issues with print quality/integrity during shipping with FedEx. To make it right, they included an extra frame with one of the replacement print refills. Their customer service is wonderful and product is top-notch!

Great product with a great helpful staff

I sent professional photo files in, when the canvases arrived they were so washed out you can't tell where a purple shirt ends and the white background begins. When I contacted their Customer Service they said it was my fault for sending them those files. I have ordered before and loved the product so not only was I disappointed with the product I received this time, I am disgusted with their 'response' to my issue which was to blame me and tell me they hope I order again soon. Beyond ridiculous, this was not a small order and they are taking zero accountability and telling me according to them it's my fault. I filed with the BBB and will share my terrible experience everywhere I can!

They charged me instantly however I never received a confirmation email & now there’s not even a record of me ordering! Over $200 worth!

I was so amazed with how everything worked with this company! First my cousin recommended them! So I tried it out. Got my pictures pretty fast I thought! One of my prints came creased which sucked but when I talked to their customer support! The lady helped me and sent a picture out super fast! I’m sure something happened in shipping and had nothing to do with them but I would always recommend them to everyone! They were amazing! The people were amazing! And the product is so beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you so so much!

If you’re considering ordering custom pictures, stop scrolling and just do it—Smallwoods is incredible. My order arrived quickly, and the quality was even better than I expected. I made a mistake during the ordering process and didn’t realize it until the prints arrived. I reached out to customer support, and they responded with so much kindness and understanding. The quality is amazing! The customer service is top notch a recent order I had the picture did not upload correctly and they reached out quickly to resolve the issue to make sure the picture was clear and problem was solved they responded to each email quickly! I love the quality and customization of each print is top notch from my first order in 2020 i haven't and won't go anywhere to order my custom prints Smallwood Home is amazing!

I ordered pictures from Smallwood Home and unfortunately, they arrived damaged during shipping. I reached out by opening a ticket on their website, and I was genuinely impressed by their quick and polite response. They didn’t hesitate to make things right — they shipped out new pictures and frames without any hassle. The replacements arrived in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier with the quality and the service. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

Ordered over a thousand dollars worth of custom frames and prints on May 21, 2025 (it's now July). The 1st order took quite a while and came in 3 separate shipments. Every single frame was damaged/imperfect/flawed in some way. One box had severe damage and so I chalked it up to just shipping issues. I noticed on the undamaged box many frames had gaps/uneven corners. I ordered all black frames and the gaps are easily noticed because the inside of the wood is not stained it's the natural wood color which makes it stand out. I uploaded pictures on the website to show the damages and then called and emailed more pictures as each shipment arrived. I will say the agents were responsive and nice to deal with. They offered me a replacement or a refund. I was hesitant to do the replacement because the quality of the frames is very subpar for the price point. So I called to see if this was the standard quality to which the gal assured me it was not and so I agreed to it instead of a refund. Mind you every single frame but one was damaged. The second shipment (replacement order) arrives all the boxes at the same time this time and one box is slightly damaged. Here's the bigger issue, they use ZERO packing material to protect the frames. Multiple frames are stacked and then strapped very tightly with a vinyl band of some sort that is so tight it leaves indentations on the top and bottom frames. Perhaps the quality is good before it gets sent out but even with the most careful handling the frames rub and it's the worst possible way to ship a soft wood frame - damage is unavoidable. So the second shipment there were 2 frames undamaged. The largest size 24x36 wasnt even black it was a natural wood stain color that isn't even what I ordered. So here I am sending a picture of every single damaged frame to customer service only to have them respond this time that half of them are not damaged but "natural wood separation" which is not a refundable issue. I will never order frames from this company again. I tried to be positive but the quality is literally worse than what I could thrift and why pay full price for subpar/damaged quality?!

I told them I would not be happy with the outcome and would not like a 3rd replacement because the quality is so poor and they did nothing to protect the frames on the second shipment so I wanted a refund. Remember I have in total only 3 undamaged out of the 27 frames at this point. They finally gave on and refunded half the balance stating the other issues were natural wood separation (eye roll).

Bottom line don't buy frames listen to the other reviewers!! (I wish I had read them before I made such a large purchase but I fortunately, Smallwood came highly recommended from my photographer who said she used them before) big mistake!

You cannot beat the quality and price of Smallwoods. I’m so happy they are now doing refills! I can now keep my pictures updated without having to buy new frames and that’s awesome. I had a problem where I accidentally ordered a duplicate and their customer service got back to me super fast and resolved it in no time. This company is just efficient and wonderful. I’ll always use them for my gallery walls!

Thank you for the pictures I ordered they are very sentimental and meant alot to me to be able to have something made that will last a lifetime pics of memories you can't ever get back and be captured on special occasions this is the place to go make your memories stay alive ❤️ Smallwoods thank you !!!!!

Smallwoods wrapped canvas pictures were so gorgeous! They looked perfect on my wall! I did 20x30 and worried my pictures would be blurry if I didn't have the best of pixels but all photos turned out so well. The canvas got to me within the week as well so shipping was fast. The only sad part was the pictures were not centered on the frame, so I contacted customer service and they were fantastic to work with. They were so quick to respond and I didn't expect much help but they reprinted my pictures and are sending new ones to me. I am so appreciative of that I think that you should definitely purchase wall art from this place. I actually saw the almond frame ones in my friends house First, thought they were so beautiful I asked were she got them and she recommended Smallwoods, and I recommend them as well!

What a wonderful surprise it was to receive my pictures while my family was visiting. These prints and frames are perfect in our home and were perfect once hung up. My family immediately went to the website once I told them how affordable they were, so I believe you too would be completely satisfied with quality and price

I ordered family pictures for my home, the quality is outstanding. The pictures are absolutely beautiful and better than I imagined. They also had a very quick turn around time. Great company , I have ordered multiple times with them especially after they found a way to provide refills so you don't have to keep purchasing frames every time . This makes me want to update often and they always have a special going .
I made an error in sizes on my last order , completely my fault and they provided a resolution so I could reorder for the sizes I need .
Make It Right department did great !!!

If you have not ordered pictures from this company you are missing out. My daughter in law introduced me to this company and I absolutely love what she have purchased from them. I told several family members about them and said you need to buy from here. You will not be sorry! Prices are great as well!
