My mum bought my baby girl a baby bean bag, she got my son one as a baby from another company and he loved it, but seen this and thought it was nice because you got to personalise it.
When it arrived they hadn't done her name right, her name is Lílee and they put Lilee and also its not very sturdy for a baby, completely soft, our last one had harder sides so the top was actually like a little seat and not just one big uncomfortable pillow..
Overall not very impressed, will definitely not get off them again, be back to the beanbag planet despite them not being personalised.
Please avoid this company at all costs. Awful, cheap products that are faulty. The company take your money, then ignore you and never send a refund. I have just filed a claim to the small claims court. This company has £179.99 of my hard earned money and are now ignoring me.
i ordered a personalised chair for my grandsons first birthday for iy to arrive not personalised so i got in touch with the company and they said they would send me out a replacement cover im so shocked that today i recieved a full personalised bean bag chair omg amazing thank you so much
I was so so sceptical about ordering due to the reviews on here I was even considering ordered a different bean bag elsewhere.
But my friend ordered and hers took less than a week to be personalised and dispatched AND delivered!! I loved hers so took the plunge and ordered myself and I am so glad I did!🙈
I ordered the 10th June and it was personalised and made and by the next day on the 11th June it was dispatched!
I received today on the 14th June, would’ve received on the 12th but DPD had rescheduled it to come the 14th instead (not the websites fault)
but even still It took only 4 days to be personalised sent and received!
I’m so happy with the service and I’m shocked at all the bad reviews considering me and my friend had such great experiences when ordering.
I will be ordering from here again as the price and customer service is OUTSTANDING!🥰

I wanted a bean bag chair for a last- minute 1st year birthday. I left a note to the seller explaining the situation and despite the fact that I ordered a personalised bean bag chair, I received it 48 hours later. Very satisfied and thankful :)

I ordered this bean bag chair for my granddaughters 1st birthday, however I had to cancel as I received notification that the order would be delayed. The reason for the 5 star review is the way everything was handled. I emailed to ask when it would be ready, confirmed date wouldn’t be suitable and received notification of refund all in 24 hours. This has given me the confidence to ensure that I will definitely use this company again.

I am a disabled person and cannot work but I ordered a personalized dog bed on December 7, 2020 for my precious FurBaby. I was so excited. They never provided me a delivery date and I asked for a delivery date several times. I finally received my order on January 5, 2021. FurBabiess who is owned by Small Baby World Ltd contacted me saying my order will arrive on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. Needless to say I was confused as to why Small Baby World Ltd was contacting me instead of FurBabiess. I finally received my order to find it is faulty and way too small and this is after we followed their Website measurement guidelines. FurBabiess refuses to pay for the dog bed to be sent back from our home for inspection. They want me to pay for it. I refuse to pay more money for a very expensive defective dog bed which has poor craftsmanship. Nowhere on their Website does it say that we need to measure from the bottom of the dog bed to get exact bed measurements. How is one to measure on the bottom of their beds if one does not have one? I am calling them again now and they will not answer their phone. I also sent them another email asking for the owner to call me. The Owner never returned my call. I sent them severalphotos as proof and we used a measuring tape to show how uneven the bed is and they are still refusing to collect the bed. We are self-isolating due to illnesses and therefore we cannot leave our home.
FurBabiess are now in possession of the bed and they are saying the bed is perfect, well it is not. They are refusing to refund me my money. I am old and desperate now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

My daughter suggested this item (XXL Adults Children's Pre-Filled Faux Fur Bean Bag
£101.99) as a birthday gift for my Granddaughter. I ordered it on 18th October 2020 and the company notified me on 24th October that there would be a delay in sending it. It arrived on 31st October in two flimsy boxes secured with ordinary sellotape. On opening the boxes I found four plastic bags full of tiny polystyrene balls and a "furry bean bag casing" which had a "laddered" integral mesh stocking which acts as a funnel for the polystyrene balls. I eventually managed to contact the company by telephone and was told by the lady who answered that their interpretation of a pre-filled bean bag was providing the filling and bag separately!! I detected a "couldn't care-less attitude, I hear complaints about our product day in and day out". I'm sure that their advertisement contravenes the "Trades Description Act" as the item is not pre-filled, as acknowledged by the employee I spoke to, and that it should read "filling material provided". Either way, I get the impression that they are out to make as much money as possible before "Black Friday" and Christmas 2020 through fair means or foul. I estimate that a reasonable price for this item would be £25 tops not the £101.99 asked.

I don’t really know where to start...so order was 7-10 days to be dispatched. So that’s fine. On the 7th day I recieved an email saying that it will take longer so that was fine as I was kept up to date. However it got to the 14th day and I had to chase it up. To be told it will be shipped out beginning of this week it has arrived safely today. (Wednesday) now here’s my problem! I am not a happy customer! I was so sceptical about ordering from here after what happened at Christmas with all the bad reviews! However I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt. They used to only be £36 with free delivery now there a whopping £46! However I took advantage of the 20% of there currently doing! But for something that cost me £42 I am not happy! There is no way enough bean bags in the chair!!! Yes I understand you have to move them around but there is not enough to hold it up they just fall back down 😡 so the personalisation you cannot see!! And then on further inspection there is thread everywhere!!! This is a child’s chair luckily I have removed them as that is a choking hazard!! And Then there’s the thread that is still attatched just hanging! For almost £50 this is a joke! As now I will have to purchase more beads! Which are £10! And also you could of ironed the material before stitching it. It Is absolutely creased!! If they are going to be poorly made please just send me a refund in the future as this is a birthday present! These look nothing like what you advertise! The 3 stars are for customer service as I thought you done well updating me! Just such a shame about the rest! And yes I do know how these chairs work as I have bought one before from a different company and that came perfect! I wish I had gone back to them!but I thought I would give you guys a chance after your backlash at Christmas!
Ordered from this company on two separate occasions and had no issues with either. Wait time obviously is a bit longer as everything is made personalised to the fabric you have asked and also names can be added. I've also messaged the company for washing advice and got very quick response

I ordered a personalised bean bag chair for my daughter. It was £40 and looks like it cost about 50p to make it. Poor quality, no structure to it so my daughter can’t even sit on it and nothing like the picture online.
So far my purchases from this company have consisted of - baby bean bag, child bean bag chair, sleep nest, blanket, teddy and xxl bean bag, and I am absolutely in love with every single item I’ve had! Thank you so much 😍
This is my second purchase from Small World Baby, and I can honestly say that this is a wonderful company. I understand from the previous reviews that the company had problems meeting the demand from Black Friday and Christmas. My order was delayed by a few days which I accepted due to the time of year, and they kept me informed throughout. I absolutely love my purchase and I would definitely buy again!
