Ordered a personalised bean bag for my son's Christmas present and never received the item. Messaged many times, initially I was told it was being sent out the following day but of course it wasn't. Have messaged again a few times and just got completely ignored. Am now having to go through the charge back process with the bank - ultimately, if this money doesn't come back before christmas, I cannot afford to buy another one so my son will have to go without for Christmas. Absolutely horrible company with no heart. It's a scam!!
