Small World come on get ya act together. We all need to campaign against all compliance depts why Bcos they’ve become way to dictatorship hard n heavy holding up meds money to save children who have pneumonia or sick compliance team n government only care about money not people
Compliance I understand must have laws but hey we need all small transactions eased up compliance getting little to strong on ordinary family people
New different companies will be innovated n created n all these money transfer service companies will lose your businesses only needs a change in format Vehicle n all can change over nite
In short im tired of paying small world £2.99 fee plus for well below money transfer service
There will be companies that provide 100% service at much cheaper price and they deliver ontime what the fees n express hour service
Wake up Small World are you letting the law hold you over barrel with threats you lose ya trading licence
Where do your customers come 2nd n nowhere
When ya businesses fails n crashes your wished you’d taken note of reviews like mine
Here today gone 2mor I’ve the biggest of companies hit the wall n gone
Want some advice open ya lines 24/7 customer service knock ya fees down £1 n offer too fast service then small world be awesome but right now small world equals very poor level of service and not much customer care
If you look after your workers they will look after your customers n your business will go through the roof
But for now very poor level of service and awful transaction delays :(

Poor customer service
I placed an order online and after several days I called the administration office for an update or a progress report on my order. I was told my ID was out of date and told to submit an updated ID. All this was incorrect, because he failed to check which wasted valuable time for the recipient receiving this payment. It took numerous calls before this matter was resolved. Poor customer service from an administration prospective.

Very Pathtic Service, my money wasn't sent thru and now its been stop, by compliance,Now not even refunding my money, reasoning due compliace department asking for my passport singature page which i dont have, I'm asylum seeker and case is now in process with Homeoffice which may can take few months may be years or so, to got my passport back,by the way no one can get their document back untill case sorted or come to decesion, i am looking further this matter to take it to trading standard for to solve this matter, very unpleaset moments

To be honest I would have given 0 stars…
To be honest I would have given 0 stars if there was an option. I am disgusted with the service. I sent money to UAE 3 weeks ago and was told it would be available to collect within 24-48 hours but everytime someone went to collect the money they were told the manager was not in and were told to come back. I then requested a cancellation and refund. Again I was told the money would be ready for me to collect within 24-48 hours. It has now been a week and I have calling every single day only to be told it is still processing. What a joke! I will be taking this case further. I am sure their response will just be sorry to hear this and ask for MTN number to look into it so here it is in advance

The worst service EVER
The worst service EVER! I several times tried send money to South America to support my wife which is currently living there. Some transfers got through, but after a while the trouble started with million questions. I had to present many documents to prove where the money was coming from. I did all I could to provide the right information. After 3 weeks of answering many single requests for more and more info. Every time a different answer with more questions. I could not make the transfer. My wife and daughter suffered from this bureaucracy. Personal contact is not possible, neither service to help or guide me to close the transfer. After 1 month, I found another way to get the money abroad and will not use this ridiculous and unfriendly service anymore.

its been so many years I have used smallworld but
I try to use it as little as possible because it is confusing and easy to make a mistake sending to the wrong recipient. Correcting the mistake would be so easy but smallworld clearly does not care about its users.

Dear all,
1) There is a couple of days delay between Small World receiving the funds from a bank and the company paying out to the beneficiary bank. This can be improved to. Same day is the minimum I expect.
2) After several attempts, I still can not make payments using my credit card. I always need to do a bank transfer. It is just simple frustrating.
3) The fees are quite significant. In a digital world, there is room to be more competitive, considering the other points mentioned above.
