Hearing aids don’t fit in my ears. Each dome was far too big. Aids whistled if I put them anywhere near my ears. Customer service goes round and round the houses. 45 day guarantee is misleading- if you put the aids in your ear they will not refund. How are you supposed to trial them if you don’t put them in your ears?! Not putting up with their nonsense. I’ve used charge back from my bank. I’ve also reported to the CMA and Trading Standards. Steer Clear of Smart Hearing, cheap Chinese rubbish.

I WAS RIPPED OFF BIG TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. THE AID I GOT OUT OF THE BOX TO PUT IN MY MUMS EAR WAS. WHISTLING SO LOUD I PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX AND GOT ON TO CUSTOMER SERVICES TO FIND OUT HOW TO RETURN THEM AND GET A REFUND SHE TOLD ME TO TURN THE AID OFF AND PUT IT IN MY MUMS EAR AND TAKE A PHOTO. IT STOPPED WHISTLING UNTIL I WAS TRYING TO PUT IT IN BUT MY MUM YELLED IN PAIN AND PULLED MY HAND AWAY TO GET IT AWAY FROM HER EAR IT HAD NOT GONE FULLY IN. I TOLD CUSTOMER SERVICES THAT AND SHE TOLD ME TO TRY AGAIN SO I SAID NO I WILL NOT PUT MY MUM THROUGH THAT DISCOMFORT AGAIN AND THAT I DIDN'T WANT THEM AND WANTED THE RETURN ADDRESS TO SEND THEM BACK FOR A REFUND SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD SPEAK TO HER TEAM AND GET BACK TO ME. THE RESPONSE I GOT TOTALLY SHOCKED ME I WAS GOBSMACKED WHEN SHE SAID I WOULD NOT GET A FULL REFUND AS THEY HAD BEEN USED SO THEY COULD NOT BE SOLD ON I ARGUED THAT IT WAS HER THAT FORCED ME TO TRY AND PUT THEM IN BUT I GOT NOWHERE. THE OFFER I GOT WAS A £60 GOODWILL GESTURE BUT I HAD TO SEND THEM BACK FIRST BEFORE I GOT THAT I WOULD NOT GET THE MONEY I PAID FOR THE INSURANCE EITHER AND I HAD TO PAY THE POSTAGE. LUCKILY I ASKED MY BANK TO HELP AND THEY GOT ME THE REST OF MY £149 REFUND. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTALLY BAD AND DISCUSTING ONE THAT RIPS OFF PEOPLE BIG TIME. ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE A LIE AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE PEOPLE PUTTING THEIR REAL EXPERIENCES AND REVIEWS ON HERE. I JUST WISH I HAD GONE TO TRUST PILOT FIRST IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME SO MUCH STRESS AND MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES

Like all the other people who have been scammed, I sent the aids back recorded delivery £5-70 offered me 30% of total £45, so I looked up court small claims on line, started filling in the questionnaire right up to submit! Then photo shot all that I had wrote etc it showed all my legal rights etc, email them to smart hearing, told them I’m going to sue them if the money not back in my account in seven days, they paid me back in full,

The ear piece does not fit! They now refuse to honour their 45 day returns even though I have not used them I did email them the uk rules but have heard nothing more,
They advertise on social media so if you want to try hearing aids dont buy them on line go to specsavers.co.uk or boots or a registered ordeologist

Had previously bought hearing aids that looped over my ears Read an article that mentioned the reliability of Smart Hearing and their hearing aids.Checked the 'Which' reports which showed them to be successful
The aids were £149.99
Ordered them and they arrived quickly. They're small and fit in the ear completely
Hearing improved and can talk with people without asking them to repeat their comments etc., Will look at the training video to see what else I should be doing. Video is very useful and easy to follow.

Im absolutely delighted with my hearing aids so was shocked to see all the bad reviews on here. I paid £149.00 for mine and I couldn’t be happier. My brother paid £2,300.00 for his from a high street store and neither of us can tell any significant difference.
It’s a shame there are so many bad reviews as I would have been put off buying them had I visited Trust Pilot before purchasing.

These arrived later than expected,the volume adjustment settings are all set the same no difference between the settings,the program settings are the same no difference between the settings.they do amplify the sound around you and that's all they do if you're listening to the TV it's only ok if there's nothing else going on around you because any ambient sound will drown out the TV sound ..in a nutshell massive con.dont be conned by the half price offer, looking at the other reviews not going to waste time asking for a refund ..150 pound down the drain ...will I ever learn. Just a scam

Total SCAM Avoid at all cost.I am. 83 yr old pensioner, ordered these and waited 10 days, when nothing arrived contacted them for a refund. Thy promise a refund which doesn’t appear, several emails later still promising to contact their accounts department to “. Find out why money still hasn’t appeared in my bank account. Continual fobbing off with continuous lies. If you can afford to lose £170 give it to a charity not Smart hearing or whatever they change their name to next.

Ordered them, but they never came. Fakepost office tracking while they banked the money. Avoid.

Ordered Hearing Aids 6/5/26, arrived 19/5/26. Would not fit into my Ears. Too Big. Managed to get one in, and I looked like an alien. To noisy even on the lowest volume.
Many emails asking for a refund, cant get a response.
Dont think I will get my money back.
Read reviews before thinking of purchasing these

They refuse to give a returns address
They are saying they cannot find the order number I have sent them, despite it being on every email they have sent me.
They only respond if you mention trading standards or citizens advice bureau and even then they do absolutely nothing.
Don’t touch with a barge pole.
My 91 year old father has been totally duped and lost £150 he can not afford to lose. Disgusting. How do these people sleep at night?

Emailed them to say the hearing aids were not performing in any way, just buzzed every 2 seconds. Tried for 5 days if not buzzing hearing not improved.
Had no return address . Looked on website and it said if returned opened and had been used no refund would be sent.
How are you supposed to know if you do not try them this is disgusting a complete scam.

This is a scam. Ordered in good faith, followed the tracking then after 8 days my order could suddenly not be found. No reply to emails and have not returned my money. TARGETING VULNERABLE PEOPLE. Absolutely disgusting.

Smart hearing were very quick to take my money but nothing arrived.

Initially I was sent a dispatched email with a tracking link.! The item didn’t move. After many attempts to contact I was emailed a new link saying there was a delay- this link says order not recognised. It is very difficult to get any communication from the company, especially when requesting a cancellation and refund.

Misleading advertising of a 45 day risk free trial, turns out to be a highly selective return/refund policy. Tried to return them as they didn’t suit me and caused problems. After many emails over a 3 week period I got a long email after their internal and legal review saying I was not eligible for a refund. What a joke. Avoid this company. Trading standards need to investigate them.

Usual scammy crap , i should have known better by the facebook ad not allowing comments.

Stay away from these cheap rip off guys , the 45 day is BS.

They will fob you off ...go to a reputable company

Make sure you read all the small print. They use every loop hole not to give your money back. I had a Goodwill gesture of £45 , when I returned the aids. This is not acceptable. Their 45 day money back guarantee is a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I bought these hearing aids but due to having small ears/canals they fall out the c9mpany offered me a £40 refund due to them being opened how are ypu supposed to know if they are right for ypu unless you open them ? not sure what to do now
