I have called 2 times to order another led remote for my shower that went out within 4 months of installation. Also the thermostat is flashing on and off and then just shuts off. Just wanted to talk to someone to troubleshoot to solve the problem. But I just get the voice mail and no one calls me back. Looking for better service.

Thank you for your rating on Google, but I am afraid there has been some misunderstandings here, possibly due to language.
First, English is no problem at all, but as your order was in Spanish, all communications were assumed to be in Spanish. The language options on the site is Spanish, English and Danish.
Second regarding the shipping costs, this is not correct. Indeed shipping to Canary Islands is more expensive, but you were only charged €20, 57 for shipping (as agreed upon ordering and as charged by GLS Shipping). The €60,57 was the total including shipping.
I hope you will edit your rating as a 1 star is very damaging to our normally very good ratings and I think 1 star is kind of unfair, as the reasons are not correct.
