I've tried sssoooo many ready meals. These are the first that are freezer ready, good serving size and you don't have to order weekly! I love that I can order when I want. Best part, they are high quality and taste really good! I'm so pleased.

Amazing service, food is great and healthy, nothing to complain about.Been using them for years already.

The food arrived frozen, but after the first couple of meals, I started feeling a bit off. That’s when I noticed it was close to expiring, even though it was frozen. After four meals, I had to stop because it kept making me feel bad. I ended up throwing the rest away—unfortunately, I had ordered 12 boxes.

Absolutely in love with this service! When I realized the meals were frozen, I was slightly concerned, but I was wrong! Everything they offer tastes like a nice meal you would have at a mid-range restaurant, not like a frozen, microwave-heated product. If you make a big order, you basically get a month's worth of tasty, already cooked and prepared food for slightly more than what the ingredients would cost you at the grocery store. It saves me so much time and effort, all the calories and macros are pre-counted (and they are very nice as well), and I eat cooked food much more often, instead of snacking when Im not in the mood to cook.

Smart Meals is my #1 favorite for fitness meals; their meals are tasty, healthy, high in protein, low in fat and their prices are best-in-class

Smartmeals frozen meals are truly worth recommending! The meals are delicious and offer a healthy choice, perfect for anyone mindful about their diet. Made my life SO much easier.
I have a busy schedule. Working out 1,5hrs per day, and working a pretty hefty job. And then trying to eat healthy/get the protein I need, whoa that was a challenge.

But SmartMeals makes that a thing of the past. No need to worry about meals, they're done in roughly 8 minutes. The meals are tasty, give me the protein AND the veggies I need, and have good packaging.

I'm a fan, I'll keep filling my freezer with these goodies! Oh and not to forget, this is REALLY affordable!

Well, amazing, efficient and can't forget delicious

In few occasions there were about 2-4 meals missing. I managed to resolve each case with them, but it takes time and energy. The meals are OK, but I have a preference over their breakfast options, which are very good.

My favorite meal prep service. Meals are very filling, and tasty. Some are obviously better than others (Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Mac and Cheese are my personal faves), and some could do with a little more sauce/flavor. But quantities are awesome.

I'm cutting right now, and most meals I can make myself, at 400-450 calories and 40g+ protein each, don't usually turn out very tasty.
Cooking is a pain in the ass too.
Smart Meals makes it easy for me to eat delicious meals while cutting.
Some meals aren't for me, but I just tried everything until I knew what I liked (nothing that tasted REALLY bad, just not my taste. The worst was 5/10 or something).
I found some meals I particularly like and continue to eat those and I really enjoy them.

Now, let's talk about bulking!
Definitely NOT worth it to buy here if you're bulking. €7 for 450-550 calories. This is a woman's bulk. I want to eat 800-1000 calories for 2 or 3 meals per day.
If they introduce higher calorie meals, I will definitely change my 4-star review to 5 stars. Meal prep is much cheaper to do yourself when bulking. Even if you have to cook yourself, the meals will be tastier than when cutting, because you can add sauces or cheese.
There's no use in spending €13-16 for 800-1000 calories when you can get that for 5 or 6 euro from the supermarket

Service was great, requested to have specific meals and everything was perfect.

Amazing and competitive value, I tried a few services and I wasn't looking for fresh-short shelf life meals but rather a stockpile for my freezer and not a single meal was disappointing.

I’m very disappointed with the service. I received meals from a completely different order, and only three of the meals I requested were correct.

I contacted customer service several times, but nothing was done to fix the problem. I hope the company improves its service.

PS. Replaying to Smart Meals comment below: You received an email on the 26.11 with the description of the problem and pictures. Following that, Ive contacted you multiple times via Whatsapp. One of your collaborators replied once, and then went back to silence.

The food and the concept is good but there is a huge area of improvement in customer service. I signed up for the 6 week challenge and I was supposed to receive guidance but this only happened when I reached out multiple times and asked. The 6 week plan is more like a self service plan, they provide you with the information but not necessary guidance or follow up. I also had problems with the delivery. The first time was ok, the second time postnl arrived 2 days after so the meals were already defrosted and not fresh. This third time I was supposed to get my meal on a Tuesday with Trukrs, today is Friday and I still don't have my meals. I also contacted Smart Meals to get support and I did not receive any response from them.
