Fast, affordable and tasty
I ordered from then at around 7pm I got the food next day around 12am. The macros for the meals are amazing if you want to maintain or lose weight. Nothing to complain about, food is better than cooking myself and WAY faster. (oh and no dishes after) I definitely recommend.

I was just looking for something and I came to this page. The variety is good and a lot of things I personaly would like to eat. I am very critical for food but surprisingly enough the Smart Meals are good. I am using it now for about 4 months and I will be using it more. Offcourse there is some better or maybe what U like less. But very good eatable and I order now every month . I am pleased with it.

Great meals low prices. Fast delivery. I'm very happy with smartmeals. The only thing I can say is that I would love to see more products in big packs. Like potatoes vegetables rice in 2.5 kg. But I love it!

Great Food , delivery to improve
The meals are one if not the best tasting you will find around Belgium and the Netherlands. The only reason why they didnt get a full 5 star rating is the delivery service they use. TRUNKRS, last delivery was not able to reach me in time and sure that can happen but inform people in time as it a food item its not like another parcel you can leave in the van for the day after . etc it took 3 days and a lot of asking calling to know when the parcel would be deliverd..
when the issues where discussed with Smart meals a nice compensation was arranged which i highly appreciate.

Thanks for the review. We cook the meals until 90% done. When heating up, the last 10% is cooked. This ensures that the vegetables are not overcooked and that they lose as few vitamins as possible. This way, a meal from the microwave can still be prepared super healthy!

The meals are good quality and quantity. I order regularly (almost every week).
Maybe 2 suggestions for the business owners:
1. Maybe they can give discount to repeat customers who order weekly like me instead of having the order total to reach 120€! I order worth 350€ every month and am unable to avail the offer as I can only order one week’s meals at a time (due to space restrictions in my fridge) I think it’s not fair to regular users like me
2. I hate to pay 3.4% fee on PayPal transactions. This is the least you can do for the client. Thanks!

We offer a discount from €120 because the shipment costs are so high. Below an order of €120, you already get free shipment and a free meal. More discount is not possible.
Did you know you can save the meals for up to 5 days in the fridge and the rest for three months in the freezer?! So you can order 2 every month instead of 4 times ;-) €350/2=€175 is 10% more discount.
We also hate the PayPal fee. Please pay using one of the free options instead!

They are 5 starts for me but the delivery is not that nice I would say.
They have this very big slot from 5ich to 22:30 and at least the times I have ordered they either came at 22:30 or did not come and delivered next day (also the latest they could or close to 22:30).
22:30 I’m normally sleeping.. so the delivery is the only part that does not work very well for me. Also the slot is so big that after work I can’t schedule anything. This time frame gets more specific at 15:00, but they still did not follow this specific time frame for all deliveries I had, so even if I take a shower they could arrive at any time from 5 to 22:30.
Besides that, food is good. Seasoning is also good.
Box is way too big for what I buy (7ich dishes), it could fit like 4 times more of what I buy in the box.

We do not do the delivery ourselves. This is the time frame we get from the delivery service (trunkrs). All the delivery service have a big time frame at the start, this time frame gets more specific at 15:00 when they sort the package for delivery, this way you don't have to be at home all night.

Same bad experience with the delivery
Same bad experience with the delivery. We have to stay home for hours waiting to find out in the last minute it will not come. Apparently the Transporter keeps the food in the freeze, but this is done after they return so it can be it gets defrosted. I am very disappointed with the delivery but the after service is even worst, all they say is they are sorry and that this can happen to everyone, indeed they are right it can and it will happen to every one and this is called service.

This shipment was delayed by Trunkrs (the delivery service) and not by us.
We have an agreement with trunkrs that they will keep our packages frozen if there is a delay. This was also the case with this shipment and it was therefore also frozen and delivered in the correct condition.
