Sam has been amazing since day 1.
Not only has she taken to tasks immediately, but she is a quick learner and self sufficient.
It's like she's inside my mind and doing things how I like to do them - and I'm not a great delegator!!

These key attributes make her really easy to work with and a highly valued member of any team.

Taking on Carol to support my business has been 100% the right decision. She has taken over handling client correspondence, emails, invoicing and more; allowing me to get on with the things that I am good at. There is no doubt, that Carol is extremely good at what she does. She has a natural flair for writing, takes initiative to follow up on tasks, and is a key player in keeping my business thriving. I highly recommend Carol and SmartPA to anyone needing assistance in their business.

Hiring Hellen (James) as my VA brought an efficiency to my business that I didn't think was possible. She just ploughs through all the tasks that I found hard to dedicate time to.

But more than that it took me from the lonely space of solopreneur to having a team mate and the psychological difference that made was incredible.

Hellen is hugely supportive but straight talking too. She genuinely wants what's best for you business and will contribute in any which way that she can. She's capable of way more than she lets on too as she has a forensic accountancy background - she spots all the detailed points that most people miss.

I hope to be working with Hellen again in a new venture so I need to be careful not to big her up too much else she'll not be able to fit me in!! :-)

Cari recently picked up some correspondence tasks for me. She used her initiative where I hadn't given her the full details and provided a professional and timely letters. She also picked up organising lots of different meetings for me and she organised this effectively putting them in all people's diaries etc and with the relevant zoom details so made my life so much easier.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jo. She started working with us at an incredibly busy time and she picked up the diary of the CEO quickly and efficiently. During her time working with QCT, I have always found her cheerful, professional and extremely efficient. She confidently engages with people at all levels and easily builds relationships with staff and stakeholders.

I would happily recommend her to any organisation.

We have worked with Helen from SmartPA for a while now and is an important part of our team. Mandy is exceptional at understanding what I need and when and works well under pressure. She is always prepared to help and has great ideas and suggestions relevant to my business. She has a great diversity of skills and has taken a large load off me, doing those admin tasks that steal my time. I really enjoy working with her and can rely on her.

I am so grateful for the day that a friend told me about SmartPA. Nige and his team have been helping me sort out the administrative sides of my personal life and my business life for the past month and, already, I am feeling calmer and more under control (despite lockdown..!).
