Great support!

Hiring Laura Elliott as my SmartPA has been a game changer. I run a very busy Podiatry Practice which generates a lot of paperwork. Laura now handles this remotely and effortlessly leaving me to concentrate on the clinical side of the business. I know patient confidentiality is safe in her hands.
She handles my website and social media and this has generated more customers with the features she has added to my website particularly!

A great VA who is efficient and intelligent

Lisa worked as my virtual assistant and I found her to be professional, intelligent and discreet. She has a keen attention to detail and always tackled whatever tasks and projects that I set her with both enthusiasm and efficiency. She is proactive when required and happy to work independently.

She is an excellent diary manager and also helped to prepare our quarterly VAT returns and bank reconciliations using Receipt Bank and Xero.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending LIsa and would like to wish her every success with future assignments.

With the input from Lisa Woolnough of…

With the input from Lisa Woolnough of SmartPA our business is now far more organised. The main difference to us has been the work Lisa has put into, on a regular basis, of posting on our social media forums and updating our website with blog articles. This has led to a massive increase in enquiries via Google and a doubling of our turnover for this year. Lisa is now working on our CRM system and has already made a number of valuable suggestions.

We couldn't have done this with you Lisa!

Completely reliable, highly competent and versatile

Lisa Woolnough is a Smart PA who is both very reliable and extremely versatile. She manages a wide range of tasks for me, from campaign research to diary management. I recently asked her to walk me through a complex mail merge which she managed with humour and patience. If she can do something she will, if not she either finds someone else who can or finds another way. As a result I have more space in my head and more time in my day. Highly recommended

SmartPA, Shelly-Ann & Sophie = Dream Team!

We experienced a dramatic increase in customer demand related to the Covid-19 pandemic, and after one quick & painless setup call with SmartPA they immediately took the pressure off our internal team, freeing us up to focus on our day to day tasks.

Shelly-Ann & Sophie are our two new lovely team members, and we couldn't be happier with their performance. They've both picked up the tone of the brand, and judging by the correspondence really enjoy chatting to our customers!

This service was excellent

This service was excellent. An initial chat to scope my requirements led to a chat with the 'scoper' and the 'specialist' to agree a brief. I was then given a maximum price and the work was completed very quickly. Guido often worked very late to polish the product and is meticulous in his attention to detail, to the point where he was perfecting things way beyond my expectations.

Thank you so much, the final product is excellent.

Highly recommend

We have been working with Smart PA since 2017. Taking on Gillian to support our business has been the right decision. She is diligent, responsive and a pleasure to work with. She took over client correspondence, travel arrangements and diary management, allowing us to focus on the core of our work. Gillian takes initiative to follow up and is a great team player. I highly recommend Gillian and Smart PA to anyone needing PA assistance in their business.

Francis and Sam identified my problem and solved it with speed, efficiency and a smile!
They kept me fully informed at all stages.

Genny Nash

I recently engaged the services of Genny Nash of SmartPA to assist me in some work as part of our future Marketing plans. The initial call with Genny to discuss the work was simple and straightforward – she very quickly grasped what we needed her to do despite my instructions not being great and made great suggestions in respect of how she could present the information we needed in a clear and easy to follow format.

Upon giving her the go ahead she completed the work required in an accurate and extremely timely manner which far exceeded my expectations with exactly the level of detail we needed!

I would have no hesitation in using Genny’s services again (in fact I’ve already asked her to undertake more work) and recommending her to other business owners.

Working with Genny on this has freed up much needed time and enabled this particular marketing work to move forward much quicker than it would have if I had done it myself.
