Unless its simple adin support , stay clear!
Just had a conversation with my local business support contact at Smart PA. After long discussions with them eventually agreed to a fixed block of hours to enable the start up of Xero accounting software. After a number of weeks it was clear that we were not progressing well, approached another provider GOLD Xero partner who informed me that the entire set up was flawed and amounted to incompetence so tried to cancel Smart PA who are now trying to enforce a 2 month notice period. Unprofessional, unwilling to be accountable for the quality of there service. Strongly advise you to steer clear of Smart PA, the remedial work we require is costing £3k. We will obviously take legal action to recover these costs.

I came across Smart Pa buy a simple search online, in business you seem to end up sceptical on how many companies want a piece of your business without the genuine confidence they can improve it.
I met a really competent lady buy they name of Jennifer and she nailed it, she spent as long as needed to go through all my concerns and what systems they can adapt to benefit my company all explained with transparency and explained very well.
I have decided to use Smart PA on the simple reason they have my confidence and the results will speak for themselves, they don’t tie you into long term contracts so this allows you to decide in stages of your value for money is met and I’m sure in there business model they want repeat business so why do that if they don’t see how they can help in a big way to systemise the business and show results.
So far I’m very impressed and I’ll be sure to return to this page on the progression of this leap forward in my business .

Above average virtual PA with common sense
This is an above average virtual PA company that I use for complicated transcription jobs from old documents. They're able to use common sense to figure out how to make the transcription work even with complicated tables. It's possible to speak to real people working in the UK about your job, and the prices are extremely reasonable for what they're doing. Turn-around times are always reasonable for routine jobs, and I've also used them for critical same-day jobs and had no issue there either.
