We have just completed our ground floor extension and had a C shaped glass balustrade fitted by Smartbalustrades. I did a significant amount of research before I chose Smarts, and they have not dissappointed. Their installed price was by far and away the most competitive, and their service and installation second to none.

The finished system looks great and 'adds' significant value to our property let alone the ability to sit out with fantastic views protected from the wind !

I cannot recommend Smart Balustrades highly enough.

The balustrade was competitively priced, of excellent quality and delivered in just 4 weeks, but it was the after sales service which made the real difference.

As a DIYer taking on a pretty complex balustrade (9 levels, 4 changes of direction and 3 different fixings) I needed advice and support from the SB Project Manager, who was always happy to help and went the extra mile to ensure the success of my project.

I used SMART balustrade for the drop off from my patio to my grass in my back garden.
From the start they were very responsive and helpful.
They answered all questions I had as I had never fitted it before and I opted for supply only.
The different departments I dealt with from quoting to measure and designing and delivering were all great, can’t fault them at all.
The CAD drawings were accurate and so were all the materials that were cut to size.
Would recommend to anyone looking for balustrade with a professional service and finish.
