I placed an order recently and received my order in good time, however I purchased the foam fillers for behind the sheets and they was sent wrong, after a couple of calls and a few emails I'm still no closer to getting it rectified it's like I'm brushed aside, after a
I sent my 3rd email last week, highlighting how unprofessional I've found the customer services I got a prompt call black promising me a refund on the fillers as I had to repurchase something suitable locally so I could complete the job on time, good job I didn't wait for them to ship them as they promised in the first response as I'm still waiting 4 weeks later, anyways I was promised a refund within the week.. 100% it will be done before the end of the week was the words I was told.. today is Tues the following week.. I received the goods but am a little disappointed in the after sales.. if this has been something else that couldnt be got over by buying something locally then you would most definitely be stuck, would I purchase from rhino again... Prob not. Too . Many promises with little to no follow on..

From ordering to delivery, a very good service. Matt was very helpful price matching, manufacturing made my custom flashing with no problems and the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful helping put the sheets at the top of my drive.

I found this company by accident through one of the AI bots while searching for a cover solution for a pergola roof, which presented a small angle compared to what I expected due to height restrictions in my location, so traditional covers were not suitable.
I first asked some questions via email, and the person who answered was very helpful, giving me the right information and leading me to buy the necessary parts online.
The components arrived sooner than expected, and even though I had a minor issue with some parts, they arranged for a full replacement to be shipped the next day, at no extra cost, with the new materials arriving in perfect condition. What could have been a project delay turned into a seamless resolution, all thanks to their proactive communication and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I will definitely recommend and use them again for future projects.

Rhino Steel cladding really supported me as a complete novice trying to source materials for re-roofing a stable block. From supplying the drawing, calculations were made to ensure I had correct number of sheets and fixings, efficient quote service. I placed my order and within a few days they were ready to deliver. Driver and husband offloaded materials and we were good to go on the project. Now fitted the anti-condensation sheets and clear sheets look fantastic although the horses seemed not to even notice the improvement to their accommodation......

Delivered much quicker than expected, quality/ price fine, protection of delivery good, advance notice of delivery and count down to delivery very helpful, driver polite, gracious and helpful. Only issue was wind when trying to lay the sheets - interesting! Can't lay that at Rhino's door?

Back in 2019 I bought some of your steel garden fencing. Little did know it would save my life.

In the last month due to a fire from next door. The fencing gave me time to escape from my conservatory where I was a sleep.

The fencing also reduced the amount of extensive damage to my property.
Once I get the insurance money I will be returning to get replacement for the damaged panels .
