Lovely people to deal with! Great products at good prices. Bought a front door from them and then went back for an electric roller garage door! Don't buy a door in the Essex area without at least talking to them. Highly recommended

I cannot thank this company enough! No score will be high enough. Firstly Paula was fantastic and called us to check every detail. The man who came to measure was polite, clear and informative as well as down to earth and Danny (the installer) WOW talk about customer service, I had the date wrong and no one was in when he arrived. He waited patiently for my dad to grab my keys from work and let him in, then he did an amazing job! Clean, precise and perfect ! We love our new front door and will 100% use Urban doors for our interior and exterior in the future! Brilliant customer service- thanks so much!

My whole experience was stress free. They are such lovely people to deal with, honest, helpful and straightforward. Jeff and Dan (surveyor and fitter) were very experienced and professional. I noticed a scratch and a couple of marks on the door handle soon after and within a week it was replaced.

We recently had our rubbish and old front door replaced by Urban Door Company and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The website made designing our new door super easy, and it was great to see everything laid out clearly from the start.

Paula was absolutely brilliant – friendly, helpful, and really accommodating, especially with our awkward working hours. The installation was quick, professional, and finished to a very high standard.

Excellent service from choosing our door to installation. Paula was extremely helpful and informative in assisting us when deciding our door choice. We had a very thorough discussion with the proprietor to identify what we did and did not want. The door installation came very quickly after placing the order (less than a month). The installation was excellent. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

From our first visit to the shop to discuss front door options to the completion of our new door, this company were 1st class. Paula was very helpful and full of experience which ensured we got the end result we were hoping for. The fitter (Dan) was also very conscientious and clearly takes pride in his work. The only tradesman we’ve never had to clean up after! We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality service and competitive price. We also ordered new internal French doors but, although these haven’t currently been fitted yet, I expect we’ll be very pleased with the end result!
