Thrilled with our new front door, Paula was really helpful and explained the different options, it was really helpful to see these options in the showroom as well, would highly recommend a trip there. Jeff the surveyor and Steve the fitter turned up promptly and were very informative. Steve was extremely tidy and left no mess behind, thanks Steve.

New door from the Urban Door company
Absolutely delighted with my new door. The personal service I received from my first visit in the shop to the door being fitted was second to none. Extremely professional and great advice regarding the right style of door for my house. Very good value for money and supporting a local business as well. Highly recommend and will be using again for my other exterior and interior doors in the near future.

Thrilled with my new front door. Would highly recommend the Urban Door company as the whole experience from start to finish has been easy. Communication has been great and delivery quick snd efficient. Fitting was completed and clean and tidy workmanship by very polite fitter.

We also had a warped door and any form of after sales from the lady owner is non existent …
Was very happy taking the order for the door but that was it.
We are in the process of having a replacement door fitted but we have dealt with the manufactures direct and Urban Door Company have not been in touch once.
Tip:
If you need to speak to the Lady then go straight to the shop because the phone is rarely answered.

My brother in law recommended the Urban door company(Based in Billericay)as he had had a door supplied and fitted, my door was fitted today,I chose French grey,the fitter arrived exactly at the time stated ,he was polite and professional, he cleared up after the job was completed, The door is absolutely beautiful, I could not wish for any better.Paula the director was lovely to deal with.They have a showroom for you to visit.Massive 10 out of 10.
