Our new door has completely changed the look of our house for the better. We went for a traditional but modern look and we couldn't be happier with it. The service provided from the design to the fitting was so easy and it is just what we wanted!

Had a front door fitted 2 years ago and returned to have our garage door replaced. All work done efficiently and expertly.

Was pleased with the purchase of our new kitchen/rear door. We chose a stable door style with inter grated blind. This was fitted just prior to the Covid shutdown.
But unfortunately we have had some discolouration to the glass surround mouldings.
This we reported to The Urban Door co. who arranged a replacement of the guilty sections.

Fabulous end to end customer service! We visited Urban Door Company in search of options for a new front door having visited other showrooms. We were knocked out by Pauline. Her enthusiasm and knowledge, together with a no pressure approach to showing / recommending to us examples of styles and colours was so much appreciated. Having made our choice, we were expecting survey and fitting within 6 weeks, but a survey was undertaken the very same afternoon and the door was fitted within 3 weeks. Steve was punctual, tidy and professional, a craftsman. The door is very well made, beautiful, safe & secure. It looks terrific and has transformed our little house. The follow up call from Pauline next day to ensure we were 100% satisfied underlines the company’s customer first mentality. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Excellent company five stars is not a high enough rating. This is my third time using Urban Door Company. The can’t be beaten on quality of product, price and customer service. Paula starts the ball rolling in the showroom asking all the right questions to make sure you get exactly want you want. Then the surveyor is amazing making sure your vision will work. Then Steve the fitter is excellent and very considerate of your home putting down protection on the floors and then cleaning up when the job is finished. All rubbish taken away and any render/brickwork disturbed made good. A brilliant local company

Great service from start to finish. They helped us design our door, gave us time to review and make the decision too.

The door took about 4 weeks and the fitting was amazing, took half a day and is finished and fitted to such a high standard. The door is sealed and finished a lot better than the door that was here when we moved in.

I would highly recommend the Urban Door Company, excellent service from start to finish. Communication was second to none. My door required a minor adjustment a few weeks after fitting and this was sorted in a timely manor with excellent customer service.
