Don't bother, save yourself
What an absolute shambles of a company. Im going to give the short version here but everything is true, inspite of what the "owner" may reply. So we ordered PVC wood effect sheet metal for a project outside about £800 worth online. So I'm at work and I get home to find the wrong sheet metal has been delivered. So the wife rings up and was told what we ordered online was out of stock, so they delivered a different product (even changing our order on the invoice) no advanced warning, No call or email, nothing...just hey we will deliver what we want.
So then on to the lengthy phone call first was offered to "refund the difference" which my wife refused funny how that wasnt done automatically considering they substitued a cheaper product.
After being told she was awkward (imagine that? Awkward for wanting what she ordered) she was asked well can't you use it? Well yes we could but in the same way if I ordered a branded black washing machine and received a green unbranded one it wasn't what I wanted!
So then she hears on the phone oh im trying to run a business and it isn't doing well (insulting customers and changing their order without consultation and not adjusting the price accordingly will have that affect) we agree on a swap taking longer sheets but fewer because they had larger ones in stock something they could've quite easily discussed with us at the start without any hassle.
So the delivery driver comes to make the exchange and to be fair he was a top bloke as we just sat down for dinner, he got ready for us and even helped as we had been told he would be with us about 12 and came at 5.
In summary:
1. Changed our order without consultation or prior discussion.
2. Didn't adjust the price difference automatically
3. Delivered what they felt like
4. Insulted my wife
5. Made it difficult to reach any sort of resolution.
We would've just cancelled but after hearing a refund would take about 2 weeks we just pushed through and advise everyone including our neighbour who was ready to order, to avoid at all costs.
Not sure they can even use a tape measure and yes they are perfectly aligned at the bottom
Extortionate delivery charges and time on orders.
Poor customer service from sales team. Sizeable order that needed quote, local delivery has an extortionate delivery charge even though they have their own fleet of delivery vehicles. This is for a local order and they only promised delivery between 1-2 weeks. All stock items, nothing custom. I would hate to imagine what it would cost someone further than 10 miles away and how long it would take for it to be delivered. Further still, the sales team said they didn't use trust pilot for reviews yet here I am.

Used previously and found service to be good.
Unfortunately second time round found service appalling, required info and technical advise as currently involved in a big contract my business may have been in the £30000+ to Rhino.
I guess "Luke C" in sales is not replying back as the Rhino is strong financially and can afford to pick and choose their customers.
Contacted this company to get a quote
Contacted this company to get a quote, was told i would get one within a couple of hours via email - I received nothing - followed up chasing 4 different occasions told someone would get back to me... not one call back so took my business elsewhere.
now use another company for all my current projects, my original request may have been small (£600) but my current and on going projects exceed that 6 x over.
Roofing sheet supply Gods!
Ordered £750 of .7mm plastisol roofing sheets and barge boards back in April 2019. Have got to say, that at all stages, the service I recieved from Rhino was exemplary. Matt was very helpful over the phone, no issues at all with the order, delivery, or speed of delivery, and the roofing itself is of notably better quality than a lot of marginally cheaper options I've seen since.
Will soon be ordering a few more bits and bobs to finish the project off. No hesitation at all to order these, and any other future roofing project parts, from Rhino.
