Im trying to figure out why as soon as I sent my ID to the lender she cancelled my deposited returned loan that's after they got paid. The problem I have is the final loan contract

I had mistaken in the application process where I put a description of my business instead of my business name. The Smartbiz team corrected my mistake. Then they made it convenient and easy for me to resign my documents
They also kept me informed of the reasons of the time it was taking to process the loan. Also I'm not sure how or why but I was sure I wasnt going to get approved until one day I checked my account and the money was there. I think the Smartbiz team worked some magic on my behalf. SmartBiz was able to secure an SBA loan for me in a matter of weeks. They were very responsive and easy to work with.

Horrible & misleading company. Dragged out the process while assuring me along the way it was proceeding only for me to have to continually contact them for a final update to learn that the loan was denied.

Well my experience was very shaky. I was told I was approved for a loan then it said I wasn’t then all of a sudden I got funded. Very confusing and no one to get answers from so thank you but customer service needs improvement

I was very please with our "Account Mgr" Travis Kozlovsky. He was knowledgeable and helpful and responsive and did a great job.

It was easy and secure. Now I can stay afloat until this pandemic calms down.

the way the handled my PPP loan was unacceptable. They don't listen, contact or explain anything to you.
They are robots not human being.
Disgrace company.They don't deserve any star but was no option for zero.I can't not believe our government has anything to do with them.
