The customer service rep was very…courteous and helpful

The customer service rep was very pleasant and helpful in getting my issue with a charge I did not authorize handled. I'm sorry I could not understand what his name was, it sounded like Baltic. He handled everything quickly, and had my claim filed and indicated the charge would be credited back to my acct and a new card would be issued to me on 7-10 business days. I really appreciated his prompt service in handling my concern about the charge I did not authorize. Thank you Kim Sudduth

I had the best gentleman take care of…

I had the best gentleman take care of me in the food department and put my mind at ease and he told me that fraud is very rampant and sometimes it passes through the system. I was glad that I was messaged with a fraud on my account and I called the number immediately, and I was taken care of by this wonderful gentleman who is very intelligent and very on top of it and has lots of expertise. I think him very much. He assured me that it would all be taken care of and I would be issued a new credit card. I want you to thank him personally for me. Routing number being changed incorrectly

They refused to listen and would only deflect the problem with Surge system to accept payments saying’s it’s a bad routing number which it causes the payment going to wrong bank and coming back as insufficient funds. I told them I had verified the routing number and account number as correct. Your customer service rep is saying the Surge system is changing the routing number and nothing can be done. If it was the routing number being wrong then the other 20 bills I pay would also reflect that the payments wouldn’t be paid again only Surge is having the problem! It must be a problem on your end!
