This company is a scam beware
This company is a scam. Do not book with them them. We paid a deposit for the Villa was was refundable. They said we should pay the final balance in cash upon arrival. We then had to cancel the villa because of COVID-19 restrictions in Greece. We cancelled with them. We have sent them a cancellation email and text message and called them and they said ok. We called and messaged and emailed around 15 times with no response. They then took the remaining balance off my card illegally for over €1200 euro. They now don’t answer calls, or emails and we have sent them 10 sms messages without any reply.
Do not book with Smart BNB Greece they are a fraudulent company and not to be trusted.
