Snake found in belongings after being storage with this company !

Had 2 trailers in storage for 5 weeks , when returned to house one had a 6ft Python in it, When approached management about concerns about how this could have happened management completely disregarded me to the point where they were to gutless to even contact me back ! Would never recommend them to anyone and will be plastering my storey everywhere so people know how unsafe there service is!

I'm sure it was extremely distressing finding a snake when unpacking your storage items. I have to disagree that you were disregarded. You contacted our office to advise of the situation on Saturday, October 10 (with the storage units being returned on Friday, October 9). I personally contacted you on Monday morning, October 12 and also spoke with your husband later in the week. To say we disregarded or ignored you is incorrect.

There is no way a snake could make it's way into a storage unit at our premises. Our facility is highly sceure and we undertake regular pest control maintenance. We have never heard of anything like this nor any other infestation of any kind. There can be no doubt the snake found its way into the trailer and in turn the storage unit after being returned to you. Nobody is at fault here. It is obviously a highly unusual occurrence and I certainly sympathise with the distress you faced.

I will contact you again so if there is anything else you would like to raise you will have every opportunity to do so. My apologies if you felt your feedback was not answered thoroughly. Again, a highly unusual situation, I'm not sure what else you expected from us but I look forward to speaking again so we can clarify any potential misunderstanding.

Excellent service

It's very stressful having to move and staff I spoke with were wonderful. Delivery and pick up people were also helpful and respectful.

Highly recommend - extremely professional and well priced operation.

We've had a great experience with Smartbox. The customer service has been impeccable - from the initial query and quote through to the drop off and collection of the smart box crate.

The Smartbox team run a really friendly, professional and reasonably priced operation. Our possession are still in storage, and the service thus far has made me feel relaxed that our items are in safe hands.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.

Flexibility with parking wasn’t easy…

Flexibility with parking wasn’t easy but otherwise lovely driver but was a touch late with no phone call all to advise. Happy with every other element. Comms with booking team were fantastic

Great idea and service

We were in between houses (settlement dates didn't match up). It was so much more cost effective to put all our belongings into two Smartboxes and then get it delivered to our new house a month later than it was to pay for it to be taken to a storage warehouse, unpacked and then repacked.
We used Smartbox's removalists. They were efficient, knew best how to pack the box and took care with our furniture.
Kaylene in the office was very helpful with organising our booking and giving us advice.
I would definitely recommend using Smartbox.
