I was really surprised how good
I was really surprised how good, fast and efficient to order online and receive the glasses in no time. They also offered to cover extra cost of shipping and the delivery was less than 3 days even so I live in Europe. Really amazing customer, product experience. 10 out 10.

Total mess up
What actually went right ?
The order straight forward all good
Then delivery of glasses was Very awful , the postman didn't tell the truth and claiming he knocked in the door all he did was out a slip thru saying we owed more money due to tax , then when I went to collect and pay they weren't even there , I kept getting told to come back three days later was told they at a different post office miles away and that I have to go there and pay or I don't get my glasses
This caused me to take time off to go and get time within the opening hours not good at all.
