Best customer service I have ever encountered
At every stage of my purchase of three pairs of glasses I was aided by Romar, Gielle and Burcu, all of whom introduced themselves and showed themselves extremely helpful. I failed to include some optical information on the prescription, but they could fix that, and double checked that the new information was included on all three orders as they were sent separately. Burcu and Romar sent me updates and Romar was really great when a frame I chose turned out to be unavailable. He sent suggestions for alternative frames, and at the end, even a nice discount which I really appreciated, as well as an incentive to continue ordering at SmartBuyGlasses. Whether Gielle, Burcu or Romar, all three were friendly and conscientious and guided me through my first online purchase of glasses magnificently! These are the kind of employees any company would be very fortunate to have one of, so this company has really lucked out!

Glasses received with Etui and microfiber cleaning cloth. Quality is good and so far haven't broken them, despite them falling down with my clumsiness sometimes. No scratches despite cheapest glass either

Fast communication with some flaws
Great and fast communication with specially Jelena.
Thank you for solving all requests I had and finding solutions.
Only annoying thing was I had contact with a lot of people of the support team to ensure that I always get asap a reply.
Another thing is that they always create a new email to reply, so you and them will need to search their inbox to understand problems.
This could be definitely done better.
