Customer service in Japanese is nightmare.
I am so disappointed with their customer service. first, I received wrong sunglasses, and it took 1 week. (I live in Japan) I immediately return the wrong item. Since i knew it will take around 1 week I ask them sending correct item I ordered originally but I couldn’t get any support from them. After 1 week, they received the returned item, and they finally shipped correct one but it took 2 or 3 days more..
It’s been around 5 days, after I received shipment notice but still I am waiting for my item shipped. I bought sunglasses for this summer vacation but it cannot be in time for my trip after all..
If you need items in a month I strongly recommend you to buy it in the other store.
My experience of shopping with them was nightmare.

Even If I did not speak japanese, I went on the french/UK site to make my selection and return back to japanese site for the order (cheaper);

Super Fast Delivery!
SmartBuyGlasses offered the best price and I expected delivery to be slow given it's shipped from overseas (I live in Japan and it was shipped from Hong Kong). To my surprise, it only took a day or two after I received the tracking number. Product seems to be authentic, and I have a terrific shopping experience overall! Will definitely come back again.
